【摘要】 本课题是针对辽阳市工业纸板有限公司的绝缘纸板生产线开发的一个项目，其目的是检测出绝缘纸板中的金属异物。绝缘纸板主要用来做变压器，如内部有金属异物，会严重影响变压器的绝缘性能。该课题已经在辽阳市科委立项。 整个论文包括硬件设计和软件设计。硬件中金属探测器部分设计采用了电涡流式传感器作为探头，经过信号处理电路将频率信号转换成电压信号，然后经过A／D转换成可以被工控机处理的数字信号。系统以工业控制计算机为基础，采用ISA及PCI总线标准，将CPU板，显示卡，数据采集卡，I／O接口卡连接集成，能够对运动的绝缘纸板进行在线检测，对纸板内的金属异物有准确的坐标定位、自动警报、自动记录，并可以通过标记装置在纸板上有金属部位做标记。绝缘纸板中金属异物在线检测装置能在25－40米／分钟的速度下在线检测出φ0．5mm、1mg以上的金属异物，具有较强的抗干扰能力。 论文在 Windows 95／98环境下以 Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0和Visual C++为开发工具，自动完成数据采集，金属异物判断（有、没有），测试数据存入数据库，输出检测结果等，充分利用了Windows95／98操作系统的先进性和易用性，采用多线程多任务的工作方式，统一协调各个功能模块的运行。 系统试运行考核表明本论文的研制开发是成功的，采取的软硬件方案是合理的。文中给出了调试后的系统参数配置，绘制的动态曲线以及金属位置的坐标定位图。更多还原

【Abstract】 This task aims at the insulated chipboard product line of LiaoYang Industry Cardboard Corporation. Its purpose is to detect the metal eyewinkers in the insulated chipboard. This task has established item in LiaoYang Technology Committee. The whole thesis includes the hardware design and the software design.Insulated chipboard is mostly used to make transformers. If there are metal eyewinkers in it,the insulated performance will be influenced seriously. The design of the metal detector adapts electric whirlpool sensor,and the signal disposal circuit converts the frequency signals to the voltage signals ,afterwards by A/D conversion the voltage signals are transformed to the digital signals which can be managed by the industrial computer. This system is based on the industrial control computer,adapts the ISA and PCI bus standard,integrate CPU,display card,data acquisition card,I/O interface card,etc,and it has the functions of exact coordinate orientation,automatic alarming,automatic noting,making signs on the metal part by the signing equipment. This equipment can detect the metal eyewinkers abeve 0.5mm,1mg on line at the speed of 25-40 meters per minute,and have rather strong ability of anti-jamming.The thesis uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as development tool in Windows 95/98 circumstance to finish acquiring data,estimate metal eyewinkers(yes,no),store testing data to database and other functions. The software system has a friendly and direct man-machine interactive interface,simple manipulation,and meets the need of fieldwork,and it makes full use of the advancement and easiness of Windows95/98 operating system,adapts multithread and multitask working,unifies the circulation of every function module.The test run examine of the system indicates the exploiture of this thesis is successful,the precept of software and hardware is reasonable.
