AMLU2000自动力矩限制器的研究与开发

【摘要】 起重机力矩限制器是一种重要的超载保护装置。本文在研究、参考国内外现有力矩限制器的基础上,充分利用现代电子、计算机、传感测试等方面的技术成果,开发出了新一代的自动力矩限制器AMLU2000。它不仅具有检测、控制、实时显示等常规功能,而且具有语音接口用于参数播报和状态、操作要点提示以及黑匣子模块用于超载工况记录,实现了更高的智能水平。 在致力于完善系统功能、提高系统先进性与可靠性的同时,采用串行扩展技术简化了系统组成、提高了系统设计的模块化。在对力矩限制器进行总体方案设计的基础上,开发出了新一代力矩限制器的整个系统电路并用C-51语言编写了系统控制软件。此外,本文采用了一系列软、硬件保护措施来提高系统的抗干扰能力。最后的实验调试结果表明,整个系统完成了全部要求功能,运行稳定、可靠,达到了预期的目标。
【Abstract】 The moment limiter for crane is one important overload protector, it is very essential for crane to work safely. On the basis of studying of the moment limiter at home and abroad, this paper develops an advanced moment limiter named AMLU2000, which takes advantage of the progress of technology in the field such as electronic, computer, sensing and testing. With function related is all ready, AMLU2000 not only can run reliably, but also provides convenient operational mode. It possesses the general function such as detecting, controlling, real-time displaying and so on, as well as the voice interface for reporting parameter and prompting work state, the module of black-box function for recording data of overload state, which realize the higher intelligence. This paper applies itself to perfect the function of the moment limiter and improve the advancement and credibility. To simplify the system designing, this paper adopt serial device with the way of modeling designing. 0n the basis of over-all designing of the moment limiter, this paper develops the whole limiter system, designing entirely circuit and compiling the controlling program with C-5 1 language. In addition, this paper adopts a series of hardware and software protecting measures to enhance the ability of anti-jamming. The final result of the experiment indicates that the whole system works accurately and credibility realizing the presumed object.
