现代物流配送中心的理论与实务

【摘要】 随着现代物流业的兴起和发展，它对商务活动的影响日益引起人们的关注。企业销售范围的扩大，企业和商业销售方式及最终消费者购买方式的转变，使得送货上门等业务成为一项极为重要的服务业务，随着电子商务的日益普及，作为其最后一个环节——物流配送体系一直是电子商务发展的核心问题。电子商务的应用和普及不仅需要一定的技术和设备条件，而且需要有比较完备的物流配送体系相配套。 本论文在借鉴国外发达国家物流配送中心建设的先进经验的基础上，结合深圳市中南物流公司的实际运作模式，详细探讨了在我国建立新型现代物流配送中心的理论及实践的方法。 首先，论文研究了物流配送的功能和形式。物流系统的功能由组成系统各要素的基本能力来反映，这些基本能力有效地组合、联结在一起，便构成了物流的总功能。物流系统的基本功能有：运输、储存保管、包装、装卸搬运、流通加工、配送、物流信息等。 第二，论文综述了配送作业的含义、功能要素、主要作用及基本形式。所谓配送就是按照用户的订货要求和配送计划，在物流据点进行分拣、加工和配货等作业后，将配好之货物送交收货人的过程。配送的功能要素有：备货，储存，分拣及配货，配装，配送运输，送达服务等。配送加工的主要作用有：1、可以实现企业组织的低库存或零库存的设想，提高社会物流经济效益；2、减少库存而解脱出大量储备资金；3、提高物流服务水准，简化手续、方便用户，并相应提高了货物供应的保证程度；4、完善了干线运输中的社会物流功能体系。配送的基本形式主要有：定时配送、定量配送、定时定线配送、加工配送、集中配送等。 第三，详细研究了物流信息系统的种类、功能及建立物流信息系统的基 础工作。物流信息系统主要有如下几类：运输信息系统、订货与进货信息系 统、仓储信息系统、配送信息系统、综合信息系统。完整的物流信息系统其 功能是十分复杂的，综合性的物流信息系统一般应具备以下基本功能：即时 查询、订货服务、配送服务、库存控制、结算功能、结算功能、经营分析、 用户资信、货物查询、数据交换、车辆跟踪、移动信息等。建立物流信息系 统的基础工作包括数据文件标准化、确定标准作业程序、建立现代通讯系统、 进行系统组织设计、进行专业人才培训，电子计算机的应用等。 第四，阐述了配送组织与管理方法和配送决策的评价。着重论述了配送 组织工作程序、配送线路的选择和配送决策的评价。配送组织工作的基本程 序和内容如下：拟定配送计划、确定井落实计划的主要内容；配送线路的选 择主要内容有：l、配送方案目标的选择，2、配送方案的约束条件，3、配 送方案的形成；配送决策的评价有：配送不合理的表现形式、配送合理化。 第五，在上述理论的支持下，论文着重论述了在我国如何建立物流配送 中心，文章中介绍了配送中心的一般概念、配送中心的划分。在此基础上， 通过同国内外配送中心的比较分析，为我国现代物流配送中心的建立提出了 宝贵的意见和建议，并将其运用到中南物流公司的实际运作模式上，取得了 极大的成效。实践证明本文所研究的理论是正确的和可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the modem logistic industry and the extension of sale ,it is more and more important in the business activity. And the popularization of electric business makes the dispatch system more essential. The reason is electric business needs not only technology and devices but also the integrate dispatch system. On the basis of the foreign advanced experience of in the constructing of modem logistics center and the activity of the ZoNa logistics company, the thesis have discussed the method of constructing modem logistics center in our country. First of all. the function and the form of the dispatching is discuss in the thesis .And the essential function is as following: transportation storage package loading and unloading processing~ dispatching and the information of logistics. Secondly, the definition element essential function and essential form is worked out in the thesis. Stocking up storage . sorting loading and unloading and transportation is included in the process of dispatching. It is beneficial to storage capital and the improvement of logistics system. Thirdly, the thesis researches on the category function and other aspects of logistics information system. Transportation information system indenting and stocking information system . storage information system. dispatching information system and integrateinformation system are all logistics information system. And it’sfunction is very complex.Fourthly the thesis discussed the organizing and managementmethod of dispatching and evaluation of dispatching decision-making.The procedure and contend of dispatching process is emphasized.Finally, on the basis of these theory, the thesis emphasized how toconstruct dispatching center The definition and partition ofdispatching center is worked out in this thesis.
