“养胃合剂”减轻放射线所致毒性的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:本研究旨在通过实验探讨“养胃合剂”减轻放射线所致毒性的机理。 方法:采用细胞培养及MTT法,观察“养胃合剂”(以下简称YW)对荷瘤小鼠放射后脾脏淋巴细胞转化率的影响;使用TBA法和DTNB法观察YW对小鼠放射后自由基损伤的保护作用。 结果:YW能增强小鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞转化率,降低小鼠的内脏(肝、肾)的MDA含量,增高GSH含量。 结论:YW能增强荷瘤小鼠放疗后的细胞免疫功能,减轻放射线对小鼠免疫系统的毒性,减轻放射所致的自由基损伤,但未见YW对DNA受照后的损伤有保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mechanism of “YANGWEIHEJI” on reducing side-effects after radiotherapy. Methods: Both cell culture and MTT(methyl thiazoly tetraz -olium) were used to observed the proliferation of mice splee -nic lymphocytes ,YW is used for 15 days after radiation. To study the protective effects of mice scathed by free radical after radiation using TBA and DTNB. Results: YW did promote the proliferation of mice splenic lymphocytes and reduce the side-effects of radiotherapy. YW reduces content of MDA, improves content of GSH (in both liver and kidney). Conclusion: YW can increase cellular immunity of mice after Radiation of carcinoma, reduce the side-effects of immunity system caused by radiotherapy. At the same time ,YW reduces scathe caused by free radical. But the protective effects of scathe of DNA was not observed.
