虚拟仪器技术在水听器综合特征测试仪设计中的应用

【摘要】 随著现代科学技术和经济的不断发展,在科学研究、技术开发和企业生产过中需要用各种各样的测量仪器,去完成越来越复杂的测量、过程监控和生产自动化方面的任务,并且对测试技术和测试设备的要求也越来越高,测试成本便随之大幅增长。 近年来,一种融合了电子测量、计算机和网络技术的新型测量技术——虚拟仪器技术发展迅速,为设计功能强、效率和性能价格比高的测控仪器提供了捷径。 “水听器综合特性测试仪的设计”这一研究课题以虚拟仪器开发平台——LabVIEW为主要开发工具。采用虚拟仪器的设计方法,测试仪器的研制工作已基本完成。该仪器可对多个水听器的灵敏度、电阻和电容进行自动测量。测量结果可作不同方式的显示和打印,也可以存盘和查询。另外,仪器还具有远程维护的功能。 在测试仪器系统中还包括一块自行设计的信号调理板。该调理板的性能指标达到设计要求,满足了系统的需要。整个仪器系统的性能稳定,测量结果较准确,性能价格比高,能达到工程应用的要求。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of modem science technology and economy, various measure and test instruments are required to accomplish more and more complicated jobs in measuring, monitoring and automatic manufacturing. And the demand for measure technology and test equipment is getting higher. As a result, the testing cost increases by a wide margin. In recent years, a new measure technology that combines the technologies of electronic measure, computer and web ?virtual instrument technology, provides effective ways for designing instrument which has multifunetion, high efficiency and ability rate of cost. Research of he design of the Complex Characters Testing Instrument of Underwater Sonic Detector?uses the virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW as main tool. With the design way of virtual instrument, the development of the instrument has been accomplished basically. This instrument is able to test the sensitivity, resistance and capacitance of several underwater sonic detectors automatically. Testing results can be shown and printed out with different ways, at the same time the results can be saved and inquired. The instrument also possesses the function of long-distance safeguarding. During the development of the instrument, the writer also .designed a piece of signal condition board specifically. Its performance reaches designing demand and meets the need of the system. The whole instrument system is satisfied for engineering project with fine stability, accuracy and ability rate of cost.
