国内知识管理学科体系结构可视化研究

【摘要】 1986年,从Karl Wiig正式提出知识管理的概念至今,己过去27年。经过一些理论研究者和实践者们的不懈努力,知识管理从无到有,从小到大,如今处于蓬勃发展的态势之中。知识管理日益渗透到社会生活的各个领域,成为决定各种组织、个人甚至是一个国家的核心竞争力的关键。在理论研究过程中,知识管理不断吸收来自其它学科领域的理念、方法和技术,形成了一定的学科基础,并逐步确立了自己独有的学科地位。从1987年以来,我国以图书情报学、管理学为代表的不少学者对知识管理学科体系构建的问题做出了积极的探索,“知识管理学”的概念也应用而生。特别地,经过国内外学者们的共同努力,近几年诞生了许多学科体系结构可视化研究工具,它们可以根据自身不同的特点,绘制出多种学科体系的科学知识图谱,方便人们从图形的视角来了解学科领域的结构分布特征,为学科体系结构研究提供了新的方法和思路。本研究以CSSCI中收录的1998-2011年间知识管理学科的相关文章为数据来源,将CiteSpace软件作为研究工具,采用学科可视化研究中的一系列基本方法,分别从国内知识管理学科研究主体、知识基础以及研究热点、前沿与趋势三大方面,较为深入地描绘了国内知识管理学科的体系结构分布特征,对知识管理学的研究模式做出了新的、有益的探索。本研究旨在促进知识管理学进一步丰富和完善,并希望其逐渐发展成为一门系统、全面的学科。本研究共分为6个章节,对国内知识管理学科体系结构可视化的相关问题进行了分析与论述。第一章研究背景及意义:分别阐述了知识管理的基本概念、知识管理学科体系结构和学科体系结构可视化研究三点研究背景,认为学科体系结构可视化研究对国内知识管理学科发展具有深刻的意义;并对当前国内外相关研究做出综述,以及说明了本研究的方法、思路和创新点。第二章数据来源与研究工具:选取CSSCI收录的1998-2011年“知识管理”的相关期刊文献作为数据来源、CiteSpace软件作为研究工具。第三章国内知识管理学科研究主体分析:从作者共现分析、作者共引分析、机构共现分析三个方面对国内知识管理的研究主体(作者与机构)展开可视化分析。第四章国内知识管理学科知识基础分析:从文献共引分析、期刊共引分析两个方面对国内知识管理的学科基础(文献与期刊)展开可视化分析。第五章国内知识管理学科研究热点、前沿与趋势分析:作为本研究的核心部分,根据研究工具CiteSpace的功能特点,本章采用高中心性关键词来确定国内知识管理学科的研究热点(对象维度和技术维度);采用膨胀词探测技术和算法功能,通过考察词频的时间分布来确定国内知识管理学科的研究前沿(知识管理实施评价、知识管理研究方法和知识管理教育状况),并预测了国内知识管理研究的三点发展趋势:开放知识管理、知识治理、实时知识管理。第六章研究不足与展望:归纳了本研究存在的三点不足之处:来源数据采集不充分、研究工具的固有缺陷以及研究本身存在的缺憾;之后,本章对可视化研究方法在其它领域的应用、国内知识管理学科研究的一些新兴课题进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Since Karl Wiig formally put forward the concept of Knowledge Management(KM) in1986, it has passed by27years from now on.Through the tireless efforts of some theoretical researchers and practitioners, KM grew out of nothing, then expanded from small to big, now, it is under the vigorous development trend. KM is increasingly penetrated into all fields of social life, and become the key to core competence of a variety of organizations, individuals, and even one country.-In the process of the theory research, KM, absorbing the ideas, methods and techniques from other disciplines constantly, have formed a certain discipline foundation and established its own disciplinary position gradually. Since1987, many scholars represented by Library and Information Science(LIS), Management Science have made some positive explorations about the issue of how to build the disciplinary system of KM, the concept of "Knowledge Management Science " is also applied.In particular, under the common efforts of some scholars at home and abroad, a lot of visualization research tools which are used in discipline architecture have emerged, they can draw a variety of mapping knowledge domains of disciplinary system according to their different characteristics, which are convenient for people understand the structure of the subject areas distribution from the angle of graphics and provide a new method or idea for the study of discipline architecture.This study selects the related papers in the KM discipline from1998to2011of CSSCI as the data source, and chooses the CiteSpace software as its research tool, taking a series of basic method of visualization research, and describes the distribution characteristics of architecture about the domestic KM discipline more thoroughly, which are respectively from three aspects as research subject, knowledge base, research hotspot, frontier and trend of KM in China, and make a new and beneficial exploration of research mode in KM Science. This study aims to promote further enrich and perfect of KM Science, and hopes it could gradually developed into a systematic and comprehensive discipline. This study is divided into six chapters, some related problems of discipline architecture visualization in KM are analyzed and discussed.Chapter Ⅰ Research background and significance:The paper respectively expounds three research backgrounds including the basic concept of KM, the KM discipline architecture and discipline architecture visualization, it argues that the research of discipline architecture visualization has profound significance to development of the KM discipline; The paper also makes a review to the domestic and foreign related research at present and illustrates methods, ideas and innovations of this study.Chapter Ⅱ Data source and research tool:Select related journal papers in "KM" of CSSCI from1998to2011as the data source, and the CiteSpace software as its research tool.Chapter Ⅲ Research subject analysis of the domestic KM discipline:From three aspects including Author Co-occurrence Analysis, Author Co-citation Analysis and Institution Co-occurrence Analysis to do visualization analyses about the research subject(author and institution) of the domestic KM.Chapter Ⅳ Knowledge base analysis of the domestic KM discipline:From two aspects including Literature Co-citation Analysis and Journal Co-citation Analysis to do visualization analyses about the knowledge base(literature and journal) of the domestic KM.Chapter Ⅴ Research hotspots, frontiers and trends of the domestic KM discipline:As the core part of the study, according to functions and features of the research tool CiteSpace, this chapter adopts high-centrality keywords to confirm the research hotspots(object dimension and technical dimension) of the domestic KM discipline; uses the burst-words detecting technology and arithmetic function, and observes the time distribution of word frequency to determine the research frontiers(evaluation of KM implementation, research method of KM, education status of KM) of the domestic KM discipline, and predicts that there are three development trends of the domestic KM research:Open KM, Knowledge Governance and Just-in-Time/Real-Time KM. Chapter VI Shortage and prospect of the research:This chapter sums up three shortcomings of this study:the gathered source data is inadequate, inherent defects of the research tool and flaws existing in the research itself; Afterwards, the application of visualization method in other fields, some new topics of the domestic KM discipline are also discussed in the chapter.
