中国铁路客车餐车室内环境情感化设计研究

【摘要】 餐车作为列车特色组成部分,设计好坏关系到客车旅客吸引力和市场竞争力。然而随着生活质量的提高,普通餐车己不能够满足旅客情感需求。为满足人们最高层次需求,餐车情感化成为设计研究的新方向。随着社会的进步和设计理念的深层次变化,情感化越来越受到更多企业的重视。在市场竞争中建立一套关于餐车情感化评价体系,为设计提供依据和参考,促成餐车走上“高人性化、高情感化”的良性循环具有指导意义。本文以此为切入点,主要以下问题研究;(1)餐车情感化设计的提出;(2)影响餐车情感化设计的因素构成;(3)情感化设计评价体系构建和指标权重分析;(4)现役普通列车餐车情感化设计的评价定位;(5)针对评价结果和情感化构成权重分析提出设计建议和改进方案。首先,分析情感化理论的发展和现状,吸收情感化设计成果。在借鉴室内环境和情感化理论基础上,提出餐车情感设计的理念。通过其他行业情感化设计成果的纵、横向比较,提出情感化餐车室内环境。其次,结合餐车空间的特点,从本能、行为和反思三个层次分析情感化因素构成,利用AHP构建评价体系。通过专家调查确定指标权重排序,找出设计关注重点。考虑到情感因素的模糊性,引入模糊性评价对现役餐车情感化水平进行定位,发现餐车设计方面的不足,结合重点和难点提出设计建议。最后,结合调研和数据分析结果,应用餐车设计方法从本能、行为和反思层面入手,提出餐车改进方案和普通餐车概念设计,初步实现“高情感化”餐车空间的营造。作者希望本文中关于餐车情感化设计评价体系的建立、模糊性综合评价在餐车设计方面的应用以及普遍餐车改进建议能对今后餐车设计起到积极推动作用,在一定程度上完善设计理论和方法,缩短我国与发达国家间的差距。

【Abstract】 The dining car is the characteristics part of the train, its design-level seriously affects the attractiveness to passengers and the competitiveness in the market. However, with the quality of people’s life constantly improving, the ordinary dining car has can’t be able to meet the passenger’s needs of the emotion. In order to meet the high level requirements of people’s spiritual, the emotional design becomes the direction of dining car’s design. With the development of society and the deep change of design concept, more and more enterprises pay attention to the emotional design. Setting the rating system of evaluation system in the market competition to provide the dining car in a Benign circle of " high humanity, high emotional" has very important guiding significance.The article takes this as a breakthrough point and studies focus on the following issues:(1) Puts forward the emotional design of dining car.(2) Factors that influence the motional design of dining car.(3) Builds the evaluation system of emotional design and analysis of index weight.(4) Position he emotional design level of the ordinary trains in active service evaluation.(5) Put forward suggests and improvement project base on the model evolution and index weight of factors.First of all, summarizes previous research results of emotional design from the analysis of the development and status about the theory of emotional design. Puts forward the principle in the emotional design of dining car base on the theory of indoor environment and the emotional design, Put forward emotional indoor environment of dining car By the longitudinal and transverse’s comparison with the results of emotional design in other industries.Secondly, construct evaluation system with the AHP from instinct, behavior and reflect on the three levels analyze the factors influence emotional, combining with the characteristics of restaurant space. Sort through the expert investigation to determine the index weight, find a design focus. Considering the vagueness of the emotional factors, use fuzzy evaluation to position the dining car’s emotional level. Found that diners design deficiency, combined with the key and difficult design put forward Suggestions.Finally, combining with the research and data analysis, application design method for the dining car from instinct, behavior, and level of reflection, put forward improvement scheme and general concept design, diners preliminary realizes the "high emotional" diners space construction.The author hopes building the evaluation system of emotional design, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation Using in Dining car design of ordinary passenger train and the suggests play a positive role to a certain extent, improve the design theory and method and shorten the disparity between our country and developed countries.
