武广客运专线过渡段沉降分析与控制

【摘要】 客运专线的快速发展给线下基础的稳定带来了新的考验,也给线下基础部分施工和维护带来了许多新的技术难题。特别在路基和桥梁、涵洞、隧道等的过渡段处,轨道和结构物刚度的存在显著差异,极易在过渡段不同结构物处产生沉降差异,从而引起过渡段的线路不平顺,对高速行车的安全、平稳、舒适、快速带来了很大的影响。为严格控制过渡段的沉降差异,满足客动专线运营中平顺、平稳的相关要求,从客运专线设计、施工及运营整个过程中,不但需对路基段、过渡段等各结构物采取相应的地基加固措施,还需对所有结构部位开展系统沉降观测,以控制沉降及沉降差异,确保线路平顺。本文首先从理论上探讨了过渡段沉降原因、过渡段结构特征、沉降变形机理,然后论述客运专线各种过渡段设计施工过程中采取的相应的技术措施,以此来控制过渡段沉降差异,满足客运专线运营中高速行车的安全性和舒适性。本文在遵循《客运专线铁路无砟轨道铺设条件评估技术指南》的前提条件下,结合长期现场实测及沉降评估分析的实践经验,进行沉降预测的分析推算,满足线路开通条件,同时对武广专线运营过程中对过渡段进一步进行沉降观测,评估过渡段处于稳定状态中,并对过渡段在运营当中出现的病害采取相应的整治措施及方案。最后结合现场实际观测情况及预测沉降过程的经验,提出沉降观测过程控制中需进一步改进和研究的内容。
【Abstract】 The rapid development of passenger dedicated line to line the stability of foundation brings new challenges to the line, also under the base portion of the design and construction has brought many new technical problems. Especially in the roadbed and bridge, culvert, tunnel transition section track structure stiffness, and the significant differences exist, easily in transition section of different structures of the settlement of differences, resulting in the transition section of the track irregularity, on high speed driving safety, smooth, comfortable, fast and has great influence.To strictly control the transition section settlement difference, to meet customer pneumatic line operation, smooth ride of the relevant requirements, from design, construction and operation of passenger dedicated line in the whole process, not only on the subgrade section, transition section of the structure corresponding reinforcement measures, are required to have the site to carry out the system structure of the settlement observation, to control the settlement and settlement difference, to ensure the smooth lines.This paper theoretically discusses the transition section settlement of transition section, structure characteristics, settlement deformation principle, and then discusses a variety of transition section of passenger dedicated railway line design and construction process to take corresponding measures, so as to control the settlement difference of transition section, satisfy the passenger dedicated line operation in high speed driving safety and comfort. In this paper, following the "passenger dedicated railway ballastless track laying condition of guide" condition, combined with long-term field and settlement assessment and analysis of practical experience, subsidence forecast analysis and calculation of line opened, meet the conditions, at the same time on Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway operation process of transition section further settlement observation, assessment of transition section is in stable state, and the transition section under operation problems and take corresponding measures and solutions.Finally, combining with the actual observation and prediction of settlement process experience, put forward the settlement observation in the process control need to be improved further and research contents.
