复杂艰险黄土地区双幅刚构桥快速施工组织方案研究

【摘要】 T型刚构桥是在大跨钢筋混凝土箱梁桥和简支预应力桥的基础上受悬臂施工的影响下产生的,它的上部结构与墩固结形成整体,T型钢构桥造型美观、宏伟、轻型,适用于大跨度悬臂平衡施工,可不用搭设支架跨越水深大河、深谷,避免中断航运和减小下部施工困难,也不需要体系转换,施工简便。深水大江、大河和深谷都属于地形复杂地区,受天气和雨季的影响,要求尽快完成施工,减小在复杂地形地区施工的风险。本文以西平铁路田家窑2号大桥为例,详细研究了跨黄土冲沟双幅T型刚构曲线桥的快速施工技术方案,主要研究工作及其成果有:1、结合田家窑2号大桥的结构特性,设计制作了大吨位非对称自动走行挂篮系统,挂篮走行系统采用大行程油顶推进自动走行,通过挂篮的快速走行、快速定位,较好地制订出挂篮快速施工技术方案。2、针对墩顶0号段位于曲线且“长、高、大”的特性,设计制作了可调节托架为墩顶0号段提供作业平台,实现了19m长的0号段曲梁曲做,满足其工艺流程要求。3、研究并提出了大跨度高墩单T刚构曲线桥悬臂快速施工技术方案,以及在施工中采取各种控制线性控制措施,实现了田家窑2号大桥的精确合拢;本文研究成果在田家窑2号大桥的成功应用,对类似跨复杂艰险地区的T型刚构快速施工提供了经验,可极大地提高劳动效率和经济效益,有极大的社会价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the reinforced concrete box Girder Bridge and simply supported prestressed bridge, T rigid-frame Bridge was born under the influence of cantilever construction.The superstructure of it was concreted with the top of the pier. T rigid-frame Bridge is beautiful, magnificent and light-duty. It is suitable to use the Large Span Cantilever balance construction method.The use of this method can across the rivers and deep valleys without establishing brackets, avoiding the interruption of the navigation and reducing the difficulties of the construction of the lower part.It is a simple method that does not need to make system conversion. The deep-water river, the river and ravine are all belong to the complex terrain which are affected by the weather and the rainy season, and so it has to complete the construction as soon as possible to reduce the risk in those areas.This thesis introduces the rapid construction technology of the T double amplitude rigid curved bridge spaning Loess Gully, by taking Tianjiayao No.2Bridge of Xiping railway as an example. It focused on the following aspects:①According to the structural characteristics of Tian tianjiayao No.2Bridge, design and produce the automatically hanging basket system which is heavy and asymmetric.This system use large stroke Hydraulic pusher and solve the fast construction technology of hanging basket through fast moving and fast location.②According to the No.0section of the pier top located on the curve part and the characteristics of long, high and large, design and produce the adjustable bracket to provide an operating platform for No.0section of the pier top, achieving the manufacture of the No.0curved beam of19metres.③Introduce the cantilever rapid construction technology of the big span, high pier and single T rigid curved bridge, and the use of various linear control measures in the construction in detail. Realize the precise closure of the Tianjiayao No.2Bridge.The successful application of the results of this thesis in Tianjiayao No.2Bridge enriches the experience of rapid construction of T rigid-frame bridge in complex and dangerous regions.It can improve the work efficiency and economic benefits greatly, and therefore it has a great deal of social value.
