【摘要】 21世纪是信息高速发展的世纪，随着计算机技术、网络技术和现代教育技术的发展，教育信息化发展突飞猛进。我国高校网络教育作为教育信息化的延伸飞速发展，正越来越受到教育界的关注。目前，我国高校网络教育已经渗透至很多学科领域，体育教学及其健美操教学也应顺应高校网络教育的发展，加快体育网络教学及其健美操网络教学的发展，以形成多渠道教学格局，优化体育教学及其健美操教学之研究。基于高校健美操网络教学的深化发展为研究目的，以普通高校健美操网络教学系统的研发作为研究对象，采用文献资料法、调查法、软件编制法、逻辑分析法等研究方法。在对我国现有普通高校体育网络精品课程进行调查分析研究基础上，查阅大量的文献和书籍，根据健美操教学的实际情况，利用Dreamweaver作为网站制作工具，使用PHP作为脚本语言，MySQL作为后台数据库，采用B/S架构，WEB服务通过Apache来实现，结合flash、Photoshop、Fireworks等软件进行编制制作健美操网络教学系统。从教学内容设计、功能模块的设计与实现、课程艺术设计、数据库设计等方面进行了比较深入的研究。研究结果：1.健美操网络教学是顺应高校健美操课程改革发展的需要，将课堂教学与课外自学结合起来延伸课堂教学，并通过丰富的教学资源和多样教学形式以充分调动学生的主动性和灵活性，满足学生健美操个性化学习的需求，更好的促进了健美操教学及其学生身心健康的全面发展，是现代普通高校网络教学发展的方向。2.我国现有普通高校健美操网络精品课程建设质量不高，大部分都为校级和省级精品课程，国家精品课程只有2门。健美操精品课程大部分重摆设轻实用，教学内容及资源单一、陈旧，网站更新与维护差，缺乏互动性，实践性也不强，急需加强网络教学系统研究。3.健美操网络教学系统网站制作宜采用PHP+MySQL+Apache最佳的动态网页制作组合，在制作网页时PHP能完美的支持MySQL，且还能够作为Apache的模块执行。PHP相较其他动态网页编程语言，具有免费、快捷、效率高、跨平台性强等优点。4.健美操网络教学系统包括登陆与注册模块、课程介绍模块、学习模块、交流与答疑模块、考试相关模块与知识拓展模块。围绕这些模块设计的网络教学系统打破了传统教学时间与空间的限制，学生可以实现在线学习、提出问题进行在线讨论答疑、在线考试与成绩查询及学习资料的下载等功能。5.健美操网络教学系统的课程界面设计简单，导航清楚，不论是学生学习还是教师和管理员对课程管理都能轻松操作。在健美操教学内容的呈现上，采用文字、图片、视频和音频等多种形式而丰富多彩，学生能通过多种健美操教学内容呈现更好地进行健美操学习，加深对健美操动作技术的理解，有利于提高学习效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-first Century is the century of rapid development of information, with thedevelopment of computer technology, network technology and modern educationaltechnology, educational informatization development make a spurt of progress. Ouruniversity network education as the rapid development of education informatization, ithas attracted more and more attention in education. At present, China’s networkeducation in universities has penetrated into many fields, sports teaching and aerobicsteaching should also follow the development of network education, network teachingand speeding up the sports aerobics development of network teaching, teaching patternto form multiple channels, optimize the teaching of Aerobics Teaching of physicaleducation. Network in College Aerobics Teaching is based on the purpose of deepeningdevelopment, to the development of College Aerobics teaching network system as theresearch object, using literature method, survey method, software development method,logical analysis method research. The existing College Aerobics network courses werestudied based on investigation and analysis, access to a large number of papers andbooks, according to the actual situation of aerobics teaching, using Dreamweaver as aweb site, the use of PHP as a scripting language, MySQL as the background database,using B/S framework, WEB service through the Apache to achieve, combined with flash,Photoshop, Fireworks and other software to make the aerobics teaching network system.Aspects of the in-depth study in the teaching content design, function module designand implementation, curriculum design, database design.The research results:1.Aerobics network teaching is the need to adapt to the development of curriculumreform in College Aerobics, classroom teaching and extracurricular self-study combinedextension of classroom teaching, and through the rich teaching resources and variousteaching forms in order to fully arouse the initiative and flexibility of students, meet the students’ Aerobics personalized learning needs, and better promotion of the aerobicsteaching and the comprehensive development of students physical and mental health, isthe development of modern universities network teaching direction.2.Our country’s existing College Aerobics network courses construction quality isnot high, most of the University and provincial excellent course, national excellentcourse only2doors. Aerobics courses most heavy decoration light and practical,teaching content and resources, the old single, website updating and maintenance ispoor, the lack of interaction, practicality is not strong, the urgent need to strengthen theresearch on network teaching system.3.Aerobics network teaching system website design should adopt thePHP+MySQL+Apache dynamic webpage the best production, in the production ofwebpage PHP to perfect the support MySQL, but can also perform as the Apachemodule, so that its efficiency is higher than that of ordinary CGI program. PHPcompared to other dynamic webpage programming language, has the advantages of free,fast, high efficiency, strong cross-platform.4.Aerobics teaching network system includes login and registration module, courseintroduction module, learning module, communication module, test module andanswering questions related with the expansion of knowledge module. The networkteaching system these modules are designed to break the traditional teaching time andspace constraints, students can realize online learning, online discussion and answeringquestions, online exams and grades and learning materials to download and otherfunctions.5.Design of interface of aerobics course network teaching system is simple,navigation is clear, whether students or teachers and administrators can easily operatethe curriculum management. In the aerobics teaching content presentation, using text,pictures, video and audio etc. various forms and rich and colorful, the student canthrough a variety of teaching aerobics has better learning aerobics aerobics movement,to deepen understanding of technology, to improve the learning efficiency.更多还原
