【摘要】 随着城镇化的飞速发展,交通问题逐渐成了城市病的主要病象之一,而我们仍在沿用几十年前的城镇交通规划理论与方法,“旧药”已经很难根治“新病”,因此亟需新的交通规划理论与方法出现。论文主要应用文献检索、归纳与演绎、参与式调查、统计分析与模型分析等研究方法,对城镇生态交通理论与生态交通规划实践进行研究和探讨。论文分为五个部分,共七章。第一部分为研究基础,包括第一章和第二章,深入分析城镇交通所引起的环境污染、能源消耗等问题,对生态交通规划的研究进展和理论基础进行系统梳理,重新审视交通规划变革方向；第二部分为典型城镇交通规划分析,包括第三章和第四章,主要是从自行车／步行交通、公共交通、无车化和交通管理四个方面,对国内外典型城镇交通规划案例进行研究分析；第三部分为生态交通规划体系研究,包括第五章、第六章和第七章,主要从生态交通系统与模式、生态交通规划技术方法和生态交通规划框架与评价3个方面构建生态交通规划体系；第四部分为规划实践探索,包括第八章,以兰州市安宁区生态交通规划为例进行实践探索；第五部分为结论与展望,包括第九章,主要归纳总结了论文的主要结论,分析了论文研究中存在的不足,并对下一步的研究进行了展望。论文在反思传统交通规划的基础上,提出生态交通规划体系,以冀突破传统交通规划思想和观念,丰富城镇交通规划理论,解决城镇交通问题,这对于我国城镇交通建设和发展具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of urbanization, traffic problems gradually become one of the main symptoms of the urben disease. And we are still are still using the urban transportation planning theories and methods of decades ago."Old medicine" is hard to cure the "new disease". Therefore the new transportation planning theories and methods are in desperate needed.The paper adopts the following methods to study eco-transportation planning research: literature retrieval, inductive and deductive, participatory survey, statistics analysis, model analysis method and so on.The paper is divided into five parts, and consists of nine chapters. The first part is the basis of the research, including chapter1and chapter2. This part in depth analyses the problems such as environmental pollution and energy consumption caused by traffic, and gives a systematic overview about the research progress and theoretical basis of eco-transportation planning, then re-examines the reformation’s direction of transportation planning. Part two is an analysis of the typical urban transportation planning, including the chapter3and chapter4. From the four aspects: bicycle/pedestrian traffic, public transport, car-free and traffic management, this part summarizes the domestic and foreign case of typical town’s transportation planning. The third part is the research about eco-transportation planning system, including chapter5, chapter6and chapter7. This part builds the eco-transportation planning system, which includes eco-transportation system and pattern, eco-transportation planning techniques as well as the framework and evaluation of eco-transportation planning. Part four, yet chapter8, carries on the practice and exploration of eco-transportation planning in Aiming District, Lanzhou city. The fifth part consists of conclusion and prospect, yet the last chapter, which mainly sums up the main conclusion of the study, analyzes the shortcomings in the study, and gets a perspective of the future research.On the basis of reflection on the traditional transportation planning, this paper builds the eco-transportation planning system, to break through the traditional transportation planning thoughts and ideas, enrich the transportation planning theories, and solve traffic problems of towns.
