【摘要】 对大学生综合素质进行测评是检测现代大学生各项素质的全面发展状况的一种标尺,也能促进高校改革教育管理模式的改进和提升大学生教育的管理水平。然而大学生综合素质测评的成绩也已成为大学生每年度的评奖评优和毕业时学校就业推荐的参考因素。伴随着不断推进的高校教育信息化和越来越广泛的计算机技术应用,对学生的综合素质信息使用网络模式采取和管理慢慢地被实现和接受。这十几年来,由于潍坊工商职业学院招生规模的日益扩大,学生数量也与日俱增,需要存储的信息量也越来越大,传统的手工操作方式和不完善的测评方法无法满足学校对学生综合素质测评的要求。因此,结合潍坊工商职业学院的实际操作需要,量身定做,运用科学化的开发平台和技术研发出更加合适、高效和兼容稳定的学生综合测评系统是当务之急。潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评管理系统采用JAVA编程语言,采用Struts2+Spring+Hibernate的技术框架,采用流行兼容的J2EE技术进行开发,数据库采用SQL Server2005数据库管理系统,B/S结构的瘦客户端设计应用系统减轻了系统部署上的麻烦,最终研发出了功能强大、界面友好、实用便捷、可扩展性强的潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评管理系统。本文考虑到了潍坊工商职业学院学生的特点,参考学习了国内其它高校学生综合素质测评系统开发的经验和模式,设计并研发出了潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评管理系统。此系统包含了学生自评管理模块、班级评议管理模块、学院评议管理模块,整个软件系统是以综合测评为核心任务。在系统设计实现过程中,本人参与了系统的需求调研,并对系统的功能需求进行了分析,参与了学生自评与班级评议的部分功能编码。此系统运用现代化的软件开发技术,让学生综合测评迈入现代化,更加贴合实际,更加人性化,是潍坊工商职业学院学生管理工作网络化建设的重要组成部分。文本首先描述了学生综合素质测评系统的国内外现状,表达了潍坊工商职业学院的综合测评现实情况,接而得到了开发学生综合测评管理系统的必要性和迫切性。在分析研究了系统开发方法和使用的技术以及学生综合测评管理系统的一些功能需求基础上,设计了系统数据库和业务流程信息,将系统各个部分的功能、操作流程和实现方法一一介绍,在系统完成后进行了系统测试。系统满足了潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评管理的需求功能,包括数据的录入管理,甚至是分数审核管理等。潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评管理系统的应用让学生综合测评审批和测评成绩的输入等操作更加方便和简单了，过程和思路更加清晰：学校相关领导也能够及时地对学生综合测评信息进行审核,保证了测评工作的有效进行,大大提升了潍坊工商职业学院学生综合测评的效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 College Students’ Comprehensive Quality Assessment is an important measure that promotes the comprehensive development of the college students’ quality, promotes the reform of university education and enhances the education management level. College Students’ Comprehensive Quality Assessment has become an important basis for college student awards appraised and recommendation for employment. With the deepening of higher education information and the wide spread of computer technology, it is possible to gather and manage students’ comprehensive quality information through the network mode. In recent years, the enrollment scale of Weifang Business Vocational College is growing, the students’ information continue to increase, which made traditional manual process and methods of assessment difficult to adapt to the needs of the students’ comprehensive quality evaluation. Therefore, developing a scientific and efficient, and worthy to promote students’ evaluation system is particularly necessary combined with Weifang Business Vocational College actual and featured demand, according to local conditions through modern software engineering techniques.The students comprehensive evaluation management system of Weifang Business Vocational College uses Java programming language and Struts2+Spring+Hibernate technology architecture. It was designed based on the currently more popular J2EE technology, and its database used SQL Server2005database management system, the B/S structure of the thin-client design applications reducing the trouble on the system deployment. Eventually, the students comprehensive evaluation management system of Weifang Business Vocational College which is a full-featured, user-friendly, easy to operate, flexible configuration was developed based on Web.In this paper, the students comprehensive evaluation management system of Weifang Business Vocational College is designed and implemented based on learning from the advanced experience of other college students comprehensive evaluation system and combined with the characteristics of Weifang Business Vocational College. The system is a software system centered on comprehensive evaluation, including student self-assessment management module, the class council management module, college management module. In the system design and implementation process, I was involved in the research needs, and analyzed the functional requirements of the system, participated in part of the function code of student self-assessment and class council. This system uses modern software development techniques for comprehensive evaluation of students, realizing modern evaluation, filling the gaps in the student management information construction of Weifang Business Vocational College. First, we introduce the status of comprehensive evaluation system at home and abroad, arguing the practical significance of developing students comprehensive evaluation management system based on the actual situation of Weifang Business Vocational College. Then we analyze the means and related technologies of software development as well as the functional requirements of students comprehensive evaluation management system. Based on this, we design the system database and business process information, while introducing the system functions of each module, processes and implementation in detail. Finally, we fully test the system.The system realizes comprehensive evaluation of students management functions, from data entry management to scores audit management of the entire process. The application of the students comprehensive evaluation management system of Weifang Business Vocational College makes student assessment approval, the evaluation entry and other business more convenient, process thinking more clearly, timely feedback the students’ comprehensive evaluation information, ensuring the rapid implementation of the evaluation work, improving office efficiency of students comprehensive evaluation of Weifang Business Vocational College.更多还原
