非均匀应力场下巷道围岩变形规律及支护研究

【摘要】 随着采矿工程不断向深部发展,各种复杂的地质构造等因素影响着巷道围岩。巷道围岩的破坏变形越来越严重,为了维护巷道围岩的稳定性,保证巷道的服务年限,就要对复杂条件下巷道的变形破坏规律以及支护方案进行深入的研究。本文采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实践相结合的方法,通过对非均匀应力场下巷道围岩的变形破坏规律进行分析,推导出非均匀应力场下圆形巷道围岩的应力场、应变场、位移场和塑性区半径的近似解析解,为巷道围岩弹塑性区的应力和位移提供一种理论解析。通过计算出来的塑性区范围的分析,得到了随着水平应力的逐渐增加,巷道塑性区范围从两帮逐渐向顶底板转移的规律。在求解围岩变形的理论解析的基础上,简要分析锚喷支护的力学性质,将围岩和支护结构通过位移与支护力的关系结合起来,为支护参数的选取提供了很好的理论解释。在数值模拟中,通过考虑不同深度、不同侧压系数、不同软化模量和支护力的影响因素来分析巷道围岩塑性区的分布情况,与理论求解进行比较,得到了很好的印证。通过理论分析和数值模拟,给出了巷道围岩的应力场和位移场的分布规律,对芦岭煤矿Ⅲ1采区石门巷道进行支护研究,提出围岩控制方法,设计了支护方案进行现场试验,结果表明支护方案有效的控制了巷道的稳定性,验证了支护方案的可行性,为矿井的安全生产奠定了坚实的基础。同时也给非均匀应力场下的巷道围岩提供了一种有效的解法,带来了一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 As mining engineering develops to deep, all kinds of complex geological structure factors influence the roadway. The destruction and deformation of the roadway are more and more serious. In order to maintain the stability of roadway, ensure the service life of roadway. It will be in-deep study of the roadway deformation failure and the supporting scheme of further research under complicated conditions. Based on the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and the engineering practice, it analysed deformation and failure of roadway under the non-uniform stress field,then established structure symmetry and Non-uniform stress field model, based on the simplified the stress and the strain of the mechanical model, it taken the Mohr-Coulomb failure criteria and deduced the analytical solution that the stress field of roadway, the strain field and displacement field and the plastic zone of the radius under the Non-uniform stress field, it provided a theoretical solution that the elastic-plastic stress and displacement. Through the calculated the plastic area of the range of analysis, we got the result that as the horizontal stress increases gradually, the plastic zone of roadway range from ribs to top floor. It based on the deformation of the roadway, analysed the mechanics properties bolt-concrete support, combined roadway and supporting structure relationship. It provided a good theory to explain the parameter selection of supporting. In the numerical simulation, it considered different depths and different side pressure coefficients, different softening modulus and supporting force to analyse the influence factors of the surrounding rock of plastic zone distribution. Compared with the theory, it got a very good confirm. Through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, it gave the surrounding rock stress field and displacement field distribution rule. Then researched the supporting of LuLing coal mineⅢ1section crosscut, it put forward control method of roadway and designed the supporting scheme of field test. The result shows that support scheme was effective control of roadway stability. It verified the feasibility of support scheme and laid solid foundation for mine safety production. At the same time, it also gave non-uniform stress field of surrounding rock mass offering an effective solution, brought a certain reference value.
