采动及承压水影响下巷道合理位置研究

【摘要】 本文应用理论分析、实验室实验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了底板岩石上山在上覆工作面采动和底板承压水共同作用下的合理位置选择。首先,根据弹性力学中对半无限平面边界载荷影响的相关求解理论,分别对工作面围岩处于不同状态时承压水和支承压力共同作用下底板任意一点的应力进行分析,通过叠加原理求解了水压和矿压共同作用下底板的应力状态,之后应用摩尔-库伦强度准则分析了不同状态下底板的塑性区分布规律。设计并加工了岩石水理实验水压加载及承压浸水装置,对不同状态下的岩石试件的单轴抗压强度、抗拉强度及弹性模量等物理力学参数进行了测试,通过分析得出了不同浸水围压及浸水时间对不同岩性的岩石物理力学性质的影响规律,为数值模拟分析提供了参数依据。数值模拟方面,先使用FLAC~3D岩土工程模拟软件分析了不同开采方式下底板岩层应力状态、破坏规律及其对底板巷道的影响,得出了采动条件下的巷道合理位置;之后使用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场耦合模拟软件研究分析了采动对底板岩层承压水压力分布的影响,并据此最终确定了底板巷道的合理位置。综合以上研究结论,得出了采动及承压水影响下底板巷道的合理位置,经现场验证,所得结论基本正确。

【Abstract】 This article applies the methods of theoretical analysis, experiment and numerical simulation, studies the reasonable position of floor rock rise under the joint action of the overlying mining face and the pressure of bottom pressure water.Firstly, stress of an arbitrary point at the bottom, which is induced by joint action under three different states of confined water pressure and the bearing pressure interaction, is deduced by the theory of elasticity in half plane by distributed force at any point of the stress distribution on the roof. It gets the stress state of the bottom plate, which is gotten by pulsing stress caused in the floor and confined water pressure under the same state, and then determines rock plastic zone of floor by using Mohr criteria. Also, design and process device of the rock water experiment of water pressure loading and confined water, rock uniaxial compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus and other mechanical parameters on different conditions were tested. By analyzing it, it is concluded that different soaking confining pressure and soaking time effects the rock mechanical properties of different rock properties, it gives the parameter basis for numerical simulation analysis. In the face of numerical simulation, firstly, using the FLAC3D geotechnical engineering simulation software to analyze the floor rock stress state, failure regularity and its influence on floor roadway of different mining methods and find out the reasonable position of roadway under mining conditions. And then use the COMSOL Metaphysics multi-physics coupling simulation software based on the analysis the effect of floor rock beam on confined water pressure distribution, and accordingly determines the reasonable position of floor roadway.After all, it is confirmed that the position of roadway under the influence of mining and confined water. After verification, the conclusion is believed be correct.
