电子式互感器的研究

【摘要】 随着电力系统迅速发展,电力容量不断增大,电网电压逐渐增高,传统电磁式互感器已表现出很大的局限性,迫切需要对新型电子式互感器的研发。电子式互感器是今后数字化变电站的重要组成部分。目前,国际上ABB, ALSTON等公司的电子式互感器技术已经相当成熟,而国内的研制也已经进入研发、应用阶段,电子式互感器的研发越来越受到国内众多产业部门和企业的重视,但技术和国外相比仍然处于落后地位。本文针对电子式互感器的发展和研究现状,根据电子式互感器的相关标准和电子式互感器系统工作原理,设计完成了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术的高压侧采集器,以及基于ARM和FPGA协同工作的合并单元CPU插件。本文在采集器的硬件电路设计中,采用FPGA代替传统的MCU,并直接在采集器上集成220V转5V电源模块,不再依赖取能线圈和激光供能;并且同时采用高性能高分辨率的AD7606,以满足采集器精度和性能的需求;采集器光纤通信上采用FT3标准协议代替传统SPI,解决了不同厂家采集器合并单元接口不能互连的问题。在合并单元CPU插件硬件设计中,采用了ARM和FPGA分工合作的方案,并设计了RS-232、RS-485、光电以太网等各种通用接口,以满足合并单元不同的功能需求,并基于DSP Builder和Altera IP Core设计了合并单元中数字滤波。最后,本文对完成的电子式互感器采集器进行了实验。通过实验,证明了该电子式互感器满足设计要求,具有很好的准确性和稳定性。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of electrical power industry, the increasing of power capacity and voltage class, traditional transformers have shown a lot of limitations, so we need research on new concept of electronic transformers. Electronic transformer is an important part of the digitization electric substation. At present, the products and technology of opto-electronic transformers from the international ABB, ALSTON and other companies is already developing, meanwhile the domestic research work has begun and applied. The development of electronic transformers draws much more attention from domestic industries and enterprises, but the technology is still falling behind other developed contries.Having consulted the status of the research work in this area, according to the related standard and work principle of electronic transformers, the paper designed a high-voltage data-collector which uses FPGA as its MCU and the CPU plug-in based on ARM and FPGA. The hardware circuit of data-collector used FPGA instead of the traditional MCU and chipped the power module directly on the collector, not depended on laser/coil power sources; using the high performance and resolution AD7606to meat the need of the collector’s precision and demand; the technology of fiber optic communication used FT3agreement instead of the traditional SPI, so this resolved the problem of interworking from the different factories. The hardware of CPU plug-in used the method of division of ARM and FPGA work and designed the versatile interface such as RS-232, RS-485and Ethernet to meat the need of the different merge units.Then the paper designed digital filter in the merge unit based on DSP Builer and Altera IP Core.Finally, this paper completed the debugging and validation of the electronic transformer system. The verification proved that this newtype electronic transformer meet design requirements, and have a good accuracy and stability.
