【摘要】 目的：从客观指标上科学的评价和验证腹部平衡推拿法治疗急性腰扭伤的有效性、安全性及科学性，初步探讨其生物力学机理，为本法治疗急性腰肌扭伤提供科学的临床指导依据。方法：将60例急性腰肌扭伤的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组用腹部平衡推拿法进行治疗，对照组给予中药塌渍治疗。3次为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察结果。分别对两组患者进行组内治疗前后症状对比及两组间的疗效对比。结果：治疗组（30例）中治愈22例，好转5例，未愈3例总有效率为90.00%，对照组（30例）中治愈13，好转10例，未愈7例，总有效率为76.70%，两组治疗前后统计学比较均有显著差异(P<0．05)。治疗组对急性腰肌扭伤患者的疗效要明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：腹部平衡推拿法治疗急性腰肌扭伤疗效满意，其效果明显优于中药塌渍治疗组。在本课题的进展过程中未发现任何不良反应，这样就说明了本方法安全可靠，治疗效果比较确切，应用前景比较广阔，值得我们继续做进一步深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:From the objective indicators of scientific evaluation and validation ofabdominal massage in treating acute lumbar sprain balance the effectiveness, safety andscience, to investigate the biomechanical mechanism, for the treatment of acute lumbarsprain science provide clinical guidance.Method:60cases of acute lumbar sprain patients, were randomly divided intotreatment group and control group, treatment group with abdominal balance massagetherapy, the control group was given Chinese medicine treatment.3times for1courses,1courses of treatment results were observed after. On two groups of patients were within thegroup of symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups of contrast andcomparison.Result:The treatment group (n=30) in22cases were cured,5cases improved,3casefailed,the total efficiency of90%, compared to the control group (30cases) of13cured,10cases improved,7cases ineffective, the total effective rate was76.70%, before and aftertreatment in two groups were statistically compared had significant difference (P <0.05).Treatment of acute lumbar sprain patients to be significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal balance massage in treating acute lumbar sprain of curativeeffect, its effect is better than the Chinese medicine treatment group. In this paper thedevelopment process without any adverse reaction, so that this method is safe and reliable,to compare the treatment effect is exact, applied perspective is wider, we should continueto do further study.更多还原
