双进给珩磨头的结构优化

【摘要】 制造业是国民经济的基础和支柱,而制造业的发展离不开先进制造装备。以珩磨机为代表的装备制造业,对国民经济发展和增强国防实力具有极为重要的影响,因此,研制满足我国国民经济和装备制造技术发展需要的高档数控珩磨机,具有重要的战略和现实意义。珩磨工艺主要用于孔的精整加工,作为珩磨机上的切削工具,珩磨头的结构及尺寸对珩磨精度影响很大,加工对象不同,珩磨头的结构也不一样。高精度双进给珩磨头设计与制造技术的研究是提高珩磨工艺质量的重要途径,也是提升珩磨机产品竞争力的重要环节。珩磨头刚度对珩磨加工质量有着重要的影响,而高精度双进给磨头不同结构、不同尺寸,以及间隙、摩擦特性等因素对珩磨头刚度都有影响。本文利用有限元法,在理论研究的基础上,首先运用三维建模软件Pro/E和有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench建立了高精度双进给珩磨头的有限元模型,在此基础上,对珩磨头装配体进行了静力分析、模态分析,分析了珩磨头装配体的主要薄弱环节并提出优化建议。在对结果深入分析的基础上,对原有珩磨头的不合理结构进行初步改进,同时选择双进给珩磨头几个重要尺寸进行灵敏度分析,然后对灵敏度大的尺寸进行了优化。最后,通过对优化前后计算结果的对比,可以看出,变形量明显减小,刚度得到显著提高,说明优化后的结果是合理的。

【Abstract】 Manufacturing is the foundation and the pillar of the national economy. Thedevelopment of the manufacturing industry cannot leave advanced manufacturingequipment. Represented by honing machines, the equipment manufacturing industryhas very important influence for the development of national economy and theincrease of the national defense capabilities. Therefore, developing high-gradenumerical control honing machine which meet the national economy andmanufacturing technology has important strategic and realistic significance.Honing process is used for finish machining of hole. As the cutting tool onhoning machine, the structure and size of honing head have a great influence on theprecision of honing. Different processing object need different honing head whosestructure is different. The research of the design and manufacturing technology ofhigh precision and double feed honing head is an important way to improving thequality of honing process and competitiveness of machine product. It has an importanteffect to honing processing quality for honing head stiffness. Many factors on honinghead would affect stiffness such as different structure, different size, clearance,friction characteristics and so on.The finite element method is used in this paper. On the basis of theoreticalanalysis,3d modeling software Pro/E and finite element analysis software ANSYSWorkbench are used to establish the finite element model of high precision anddouble feed honing head. Static analysis and modal analysis are made for theassembly body of honing head after modeling. Analyzes the main weak links ofhoning head and puts forward Suggestions on how to optimize.A preliminary improvement is made for the unreasonable structure of the originalhoning head on the basis of the deep analysis. Meanwhile, select several importantsizes of honing head and make sensitivity analysis. The sizes of the big sensitivity areoptimized after sensitivity analysis.Finally, it is observed that deformation reduced significantly and stiffnessdramatically improved through contrasting the calculation before and afteroptimization. All of these explain that the optimal result is reasonable.
