【摘要】 教育质量问题是高等教育研究领域的前沿问题之一，随着高等教育在知识经济中越来越发挥关键作用，世界各国均对高等教育的质量提出了新的标准和要求，同时也加大了对高等教育质量研究的力度。教育质量是大学的生命线，要从根本上保证和提高大学的教育质量,必须加强大学的质量文化建设,大学质量文化是大学教育质量保障的重要内容,是当前教育理论研究的前沿问题。质量文化是兴起于企业的一种管理理念，在企业的发展中起到了一定的促进作用，本文采用文献法以质量文化的角度阐述大学教育质量问题，从五部分论述了大学质量文化建设的基本理论，通过分析大学质量文化的相关概念、结构和功能，阐述了大学质量文化建设的意义以及质量文化缺失的表现及意义，并在此基础上就目前大学质量文化建设的现状从不同的角度提出了相应的理论对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality of education is the one of the forefront issues in the higher educationresearch. As higher education increasely plays a key role in the knowledge economy,countries in the world present new standards and requirements and increase researchefforts on the quality of higher education. The quality of education is the lifeblood ofthe University. To guarantee and improve the quality of university education, we muststrengthen the quality of cultural construction of the University. The culture ofuniversity quality is an important part of university quality assurance and the forefrontissue of current educational theory.Quality culture is a kind of management philosophy from enterprise and played acertain role in promoting the development of enterprises. This paper attempts toelaborate the problem of the quality of university education to the point of view ofquality culture which includes five parts: concepts, structure and function of universityquality culture, the performance of lack of quality culture, then propose somecountermeasures from different angles.更多还原
