【摘要】 市政工程施工项目成本控制对于降低施工成本、增加利润空间,赢得市场有着重要的意义,同时它还是企业进行管理改革、建立现代管理制度的重要内容。因此,如何进行有效的成本控制一直是市政工程施工企业非常关注的问题,也是许多专家学者研究探讨的热门课题。论文从国内外项目成本管理的研究动态入手,对现阶段存在的问题进行了分析,指出了目前工程项目成本管理存在的问题,并且对建筑工程项目成本控制的程序和方法进行了阐述。此外还对建筑工程成本认识上存在的问题进行了分析以及费用控制手段进行了论述；论文详细分析了市政工程项目施工成本控制的特点,如市政工程大多处于繁华地带,有限空间导致施工难度大,市政工程多为道路拓宽改建工程,在施工中大多要求交通不能中断,另外,市政工程事关群众生活质量和城市形象的提升,一般对安全、质量及工期的要求严格等,均可导致增加施工成本；论文讨论了市政工程施工项目成本控制体系的建立；对坦景道路工程项目的施工项目成本控制进行了实证研究,讨论了市政排水工程各阶段的成本控制方法、实际效果以及降低作业成本的管理措施等。论文提出并实施了把责任、目标成本和组织管理措施以及分解成本控制等方法建立起成本控制责任体系的方法,经某道路改造工程项目应用证明是有效的；论文针对市政工程项目的特点,采用了技术措施与组织管理措施相结合的方法来对市政工程项目进行成本控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Municipal construction project cost control has an important significance for reducing construction costs and increase profit margins and gain market or enterprise management reforms, an important part of modern management system. Therefore, how to conduct effective cost control has been of great concern to municipal engineering construction enterprises, many experts and scholars to explore the hot topics.Papers start from the project cost management at home and abroad dynamic analysis at this stage the problems pointed out the problems of the project cost management and construction project cost control procedures and methods are described.
