【摘要】 英国是一个颇具鲜明特点的欧洲国家,它历史演变的重要特点就是其文化传统具有较强的连续性,其中外交上的“均势外交”传统显得尤为典型。英国实行均势外交的历史最久,手段最完备,表现最娴熟。均势外交作为一种具有时空维度的外交传统,是均势外交的对象、均势外交的核心、均势外交的目标以及均势外交的实质诸要素的有机组合。英国的均势外交作为一种“传统”性的外交政策,有着内源性文化渊源的深层次动因。本文走的是一条从文化的视角研究外交的路径。在考察了英国历史和文化的基础上,分析了英国传统的文化因子,并以英国文化的物质层面、制度和行为层面以及精神层面等文化不同结构为分析框架,论述了英国文化中的岛国文化、制度文化、民族性以及宗教和哲学对其欧洲均势外交的对象选择、均势外交的核心、均势外交的目标以及均势外交实质的明显影响。英国岛国文化在英国均势外交传统以欧洲大陆作为其对象选择中扮演了主要角色；英国政治文化在相当程度上雕塑了英国对欧均势外交传统中分权均衡核心的特征；英吉利民族的优越感和保守性的民族性文化和英国对欧均势外交传统寻求权力优势目标的关系较为密切；英国哲学上的经验主义和宗教上的现实主义对其欧均势外交传统维护国家利益的实质有着较为重要的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The United Kingdom is a country which has very prominent features In the European. The most important feature of historical evolution of the United Kingdom is that its cultural tradition possesses a strong continuous property, and tradition of "balance of power diplomacy" shows special typical in the United Kingdom history. The implementation of the balance of power diplomacy of the United Kingdom has the oldest history, show the most plentiful measures and render the most skillful performance.The balance of power diplomacy as a diplomatic tradition of temporal and spatial dimensions is a organic combination of different elements about the object of balance of power diplomacy, the core of balance of power diplomacy, the target of balance of power diplomacy and the essence of balance of power diplomacy. The balance of power diplomacy of the United Kingdom has many deep endogenous causes of cultural origins as a "traditional" foreign policy. This thesis chooses a research method from cultural perspective about United Kingdom diplomacy, discuss the factors of the traditional culture above the foundation of investigation on the United Kingdom history and culture, and analyses the very obvious effect of the island cultures, the institutional culture, the national characters, the philosophy and religion to the object of balance of power diplomacy, the core of balance of power diplomacy, the target of balance of power diplomacy and the essence of balance of power diplomacy from analysis framework of different structure on England culture of substance gradation, systems and behavior gradation and spirit gradation. The island culture of United kingdom plays a important role on choosing Europe continent as object of tradition of balance of power diplomacy; The political culture of United kingdom sculptures the core of separation and equilibrium in tradition of balance of power diplomacy to the European; The relationship between nationalism culture of superiority and conservative of English people and pursuing the target of power advantage is special close in tradition of balance of power diplomacy to the European; Empiricism of philosophy and realism of religious in United kingdom have a important effect on safeguarding national interests in tradition of balance of power diplomacy to the European.更多还原
