【摘要】 本文以广西沙塘“农都”历史为研究对象,试图发掘沙塘“农都”的历史遗产价值。能够作为中国历史遗产的“农都”由广西柳州市沙塘镇的广西农事试验场实物遗存,以及农事技术、史料和影响等非物质文化所构成。广西沙塘镇“农都”的历史地位因民国时期广西发展政策、时政战事、地理优越等特殊社会环境所致,在诸多因素作用下,沙塘这穷乡僻壤成为当时全中国集农事创新科研、革新农作技术、学术交流和传播于一体的农业研究中心,有力地带动了当地在文化、经济、科研和教育等方面的发展。自2002年由联合国农粮组织等多个国际组织开展“全球重要农业文化遗产保护项目”以来,国际社会对农业遗产价值的认识程度和保护意识日渐加深。广西现今的农业遗产研究多集中在桂林龙胜龙脊梯田这类自然人文景观方面,即着重从农业生态系统与悠久农耕文化方面去挖掘农业遗产价值,而对于广西区内近现代农业的起源,科学研究、技术开发、人才教育成果等方面研究甚少,广西沙塘的战时“农都”则是这方面的一个极好案例。经过田野调查和文献搜集,本文研究主旨亦在于梳理广西沙塘“农都”的历史转变过程,填补这段重要的广西农业发展史的同时,进一步发掘“农都”遗存作为农业遗产的历史文化价值以及为地方发展价值：①以文献史料为依据,梳理广西“农都”诞生至衰退的历史过程；②通过对文献的整理和分析,确定广西沙塘“农都”系民国时期中国占地最广、农作种类最多、农具设施最先进、科研条件最优越和研究成果最突出的农事研究中心；③通过文献解读和田野调查,得出广西沙塘“农都”的出现不但提升了广西农事技术,还带动了柳州在道路交通、教育机构和民生配套设施的建设,当时的广西属于“大力发展农业基础,以城市工业化为目标”的发展道路；④通过文献资料和田野调查的结论比对,明确广西沙塘“农都”在农作技术、农事研究、农学教育、对外交流和民生活动等方面的影响至今仍存；⑤通过田野调查结果和当代经济建设的研究,提出关于广西沙塘“农都”这一近现代重要农业遗产在物质保护、经济发展和文化传承等方面的建议。由于时间和文献缺失关系，本论文在“农都”的农事试验数据记录、创新技术和发展细节方面仍存在缺漏，希望在往后的工作中能有机会进一步将其完善。更多还原

Guangxi shatangzhen " agricultural " Republic of historical position as a result of superior in Guangxi during the war in development policy, political, geographic, and other special social environment,Under the effect of numerous factors, Sha Tong set of this remote place be the whole of China agricultural innovation of scientific research, academic exchange and dissemination of innovative farming techniques, in one of the agricultural research centre,Effectively driving the local in terms of cultural, economic, scientific and educational development.Since2002, organized by the United Nations agro-food and many other international organizations " GIAHS ",the international community on the agricultural heritage of knowledge and awareness of the value of the growing.Today’s research is concentrated in the agricultural heritage of Guangxi Gui Lin Long Sheng Dragon Ridge terrace such natural landscape, that is focused on agricultural eco-system and a long farming culture from agriculture to mining heritage value,As for the origin of Guangxi modern agricultural, scientific research, technology,development, education research results, and so little.Sha Tang war in Guangxi " agricultural " is an excellent case in this regard.After fieldwork and literature collection, in this paper, keynote also carding Guangxi Sha Tong " agricultural " process of historical change, fill this important history of agriculture in Guangxi while further exploring " agricultural " remains as the agricultural heritage of historical and cultural value for local development and values:①to literature is based on historical data, combing Guangxi Agriculture " to the history of the decline of the birth process;②through the collation and analysis of documents, determine the Guangxi Sha Tang "agricultural" period of the Republic of China occupies most of the Department, type of farming, farm implements facilities up to the most advanced, most superior scientific research conditions and research results of the most prominent agricultural research center;③analysis through literature and field research, came to Sha Tang in Guangxi " agricultural " which not only enhance the farming technology in Guangxi, LiuZhou road also on the back construction of facilities, educational institutions and people’s livelihood, then Guangxi belongs to " vigorously develop the agricultural Foundation, to target the urban industrialized " path of development;④conclusions than through literature and field research, specifically Guangxi Sha Tang " Agriculture " in farming technology, farming, agricultural education, research and external communication and people’s livelihood activities such as the impact of still deposit;⑤through fieldwork results and economic construction of the contemporary research, on the Guangxi Sha Tong " Agriculture " this important agricultural estate in modern physical protection, economic development and cultural inheritance of the proposals.Owing to the lack of time and documents constraint, this paper in " agricultural " farming experiment data records, innovative technology and development of detail remain missing, in the hope that in future work can have the opportunity to further improve it.更多还原
