20MN内加载液压支架试验台控制技术研究

【摘要】 液压支架试验台是矿用液压支架在出厂前和维修后进行检验的重要设备,应用于液压支架新架型的研制、支架出厂前的检验和支架大修后的整架密封性能试验、加载强度等功能性试验。矿用液压支架的工作可靠性直接影响着采煤工作面的推进速度,影响着支架对顶板的支护性能和对顶板管理的质量,其性能好坏影响着液压支架的质量和煤矿生产的安全。所以,无论是对研制的新型液压支架,还是出厂前和维修后的液压支架都必须按照原煤炭工业部的MT312-2000标准对其密封性能、支护性能、强度要求、耐久性能进行测试。本文对20MN内加载液压支架试验台控制技术进行了研究,深入分析了四缸同步提升控制,提出了四缸同步提升模糊控制算法,开发了内加载液压支架试验台计算机自动控制系统。利用基于Windows平台下的VB6.0,开发了上位机控制系统软件。监控系统对试验数据进行自动采集保存,减轻工作人员劳动强度的同时大大提高了液压支架的检测效率,缩短了液压支架检测的试验周期。在后台Access数据的访问方面,系统采用ODBC数据库访问技术,增强了对数据信息的管理功能,使得实验数据能方便准确的存储查询和报表打印。在用户界面设计方面,本着功能齐全、操作简便、易于扩充、方便维护的原则,设计了友好的人机交互界面。通过本文的研究大大的提高了控制系统的集成度,增强了液压支架检测系统的稳定性,简化了整套液压系统的结构,方便了操作人员对现场设备的监测。在充分保证系统采集数据准确性和可靠性的前提下,降低了系统的开发成本,为企业带来了很好的经济价值,为液压支架的检测提供了良好的试验条件。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic support test-bed is the important test equipment of mine hydraulic support at factory or after maintenance. It is used in new frame type development of hydraulic support or the ex-factory inspection and sealing performance test include functional and loading intensity overhaul about whole frame. Working reliability of mining hydraulic support will directly affect speed of the mining coal, impact bracket on the roof supporting performance and on the roof the quality of management. Its performance relates to the quality of hydraulic support and the safety of coal production. On the development of a new hydraulic support, performance must be tested in accordance with the original Ministry of coal industry MT312-2000standards, such as the sealing performance, strength and durability.Based on intensive study of control technology of20MN hydraulic support internal loading test-bed, we have an in-depth analysis of the four cylinder synchronization control, proposed four cylinder synchronous lifting fuzzy control algorithm and researched automatic control system of hydraulic support the loading test. Based on the Windows platform VB6.0, it is PC control system software that was developed. Automatic acquisition and preservation data collection not only reduces the labor intensity of workers but also greatly improves the detection efficiency of hydraulic support and shorten to the test cycle of the hydraulic support. On the background of Access data access, the system uses the ODBC database access technology, enhance the data management function. The experimental data can facilitate accurate storage and query and print statements. In user interface design, in line with complete functions, simple operation, easy expansion, easy to maintain principle, friendly man-machine interface has been designed. Through the study of this paper, it is greatly improves the control system integration, enhance the stability of hydraulic support testing system, simplifies the whole hydraulic system structure. Staffs can conveniently operate the field device monitoring. In the full of accuracy and reliability, Automatic control system of hydraulic support internal loading can reduce the cost of the system development, bring good economic value. It is provides a good test condition for hydraulic support detection.
