基于BP神经网络法的煤矿安全评价系统研究

【摘要】 煤炭在我国能源中是最重要的基础能源和工业原料,煤炭工业是促进我国经济发展的重要基础产业,它直接关乎国家的经济命脉,是经济发展的基本保障,与此同时,煤炭工业又是高危险行业,每年都会有大量的伤亡事故,而且在我国,安全评价在煤矿方向的研究相对滞后,且大多评价方法并不适用复杂的煤矿系统,因此,对于煤矿安全评价的研究势在必行。本文以马兰煤矿为例,通过研究其在安全评价方面存在的问题,综合运用决策科学、系统科学和信息科学等理论与方法,对煤矿安全评价指标体系进行研究,分析比较目前存在的安全评价方法的优劣,最终确定将BP神经网络应用于安全评价中,构建了基于BP神经网络的安全评价模型,并对该模型进行应用研究和基于马兰煤矿的实例分析,针对马兰煤矿提出相应的对策和建议,最后将计算机信息技术与安全评价模型相结合,对马兰煤矿安全评价系统的功能需求和模块设计进行详细论述,构建了基于B/S结构的马兰煤矿安全评价决策支持系统,以期辅助马兰煤矿更好的进行安全评价工作,达到马兰煤矿安全评价过程信息化的目的。通过建立一个比较完整有效的安全评价系统,运用先进的评价决策理论,旨在提高马兰煤矿安全评价工作的效率,减少企业在安全评价方面不必要的投入,增强企业的市场竞争力。

【Abstract】 Coal is the most import basis for energy and industrial raw materials in China’s energy, and the coal industry is an important basic industry to promote economic development, it is the basic guarantee for the economic development and is directly related to the economic lifeline of the Country. At the same time, coal industry is a high risk industry which causes a large number of casualties. What’s more, Study of safety assessment is lagging behind in the coal mine of Chine,and most of the evaluation method is not applicable to the complex system of coal mine. Therefore, the Study of coal mine safety evaluation is imperative.This paper take Malan coal mine as example,by studying the problems in the safety assessment, integrated using decision science,system science and information science theory and method, study the coal mine safety evaluation index system,analyze the merits of the popular safety assessment, and ultimately determine the BP neural network which will be used in coal mine safety assessment. Nest,the paper construct a safety evaluation model based on BP neural network and make related application research and case analysis based on Manlan mine, according to the results of the analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. Finally this paper combine computer information technology and safety assessment model, construct Malan mine Safety Evaluation Decision Support System based on B/S structure after the analysis of function requirements and modular design in order to achieve the informational process of Malan mine safety assessment.Through the establishment of a more complete and effective safety evaluation system, with application of advanced decision-making theory, it is aim to improve the efficiency of Manlan mine safety evaluation,reduce unnecessary input in safety evaluation and enhance their market competitiveness.
