新型泡沫对土压平衡盾构土体改良作用评价

【摘要】 在修建地铁隧道的施工方法中,土压平衡盾构以其机械化水平高、施工安全、速度快、工程结构质量优良等优势得到了广泛的推广和应用。目前,土压平衡盾构已经成为地铁隧道建设的主流。土压平衡式盾构施工成功的关键是要将开挖面切削下来的土体在压力舱内调整成一种“塑性流动状态”。在所有的改良技术中,以泡沫的改良效果最好,但目前国内盾构隧道所用的各种泡沫剂多为国外进口,造价较高,而且还没有一套明确的规程来检测泡沫剂对土体的改良效果。针对这一技术问题,本文开发了一种新型的土压平衡盾构用泡沫剂并通过室内模拟试验和现场试验对新型泡沫的改良效果进行了评价。本文主要研究的内容有以下几点:(1)优选了几种经济性和环保性都比较优良的表面活性剂,从发泡量和半衰期这两个技术指标入手,获得了最优的复配比例,并添加稳泡剂、增粘剂,最终得出了新型泡沫剂配方;(2)通过室内搅拌试验、摩擦系数试验、粘附阻力试验、塌落度试验和直剪试验对新型泡沫改良不同土体进行效果评价,定量分析最优改良效果。(3)在室内研究的基础上,进行现场土体改良试验,分析现场试验数据,以此来验证新型泡沫的性能以及对土体的改良效果。

【Abstract】 In a variety of excavation methods, earth pressure balance shield method iswidely applied in underground engineering due to its proper advantages of highermechanization, safe and fast construction, and fine quality, etc. At present pressurebalance shield method has become the mainstream of tunnel construction.The key factor to success in EPBS is converting the muck which is lack offluidity excavated from the cutter face to the plasticity soil. But presently, there is nofoaming agents in our country and all foaming agents in EPBS are foreign products,so the price is very high, and there is no evaluation method of foam agents in EPBS.In response to this technical problem, this paper developed a new type of earthpressure balance shield foam and the results of indoor tests and field experimentsappraise the effect.This paper studies the content of the following:(1) The paper select several surfactants that are economic and environmentalprotection. From two technical indicators which are half period and the foamingvolume, evaluated the performance of the select surface-active agent, obtain theoptimal mixture ratio and developed a new type of foam.(2) Through the indoor mixing test, skateboard test, bucket test, mud test anddirect shear test for new foam modifier and evaluate the effect of different soilimprovement and give a quantitative analysis of the improvement effect(3) On the basis of the indoor tests, in order to prove the performance of the newfoam and the improvement effect on soil, we made field test.
