北京地铁新线车站穿越既有地铁车站影响及安全控制措施研究

【摘要】 摘要:随着城市轨道交通路网的不断发展完善,新建线路地铁车站穿越既有线路车站是不可避免的问题。就北京地铁而言,目前的规划线路中有很多新建车站穿越既有车站的工程。在新建车站工程的施工中,除自身结构安全外,重点目标就是使施工对既有地铁车站的影响程度降到最低。因此,准确的判断新建地铁车站工程施工对既有地铁车站结构及轨道的影响规律,提出合理的安全控制措施并分析其效果,对保证既有地铁结构和运营安全性的需求,显得尤为重要。本文以北京地铁穿越工程为研究对象,对既有地铁车站结构及轨道所受的影响情况进行分析并提出新线车站穿越既有车站的安全控制措施体系。本文的主要研究工作:(1)以地铁10号线二期公主坟站穿越1号线公主坟站工程穿越案例为依托,通过三维有限元软件ANSYS进行数值模拟分析,并对比现场实测数据,分析穿越地铁工程引起的地铁结构变形及轨道几何形位的变化规律。(2)根据北京市穿越工程既有结构变形及控制体系提出新线车站穿越既有车站的安全措施控制体系。同时,以北京地铁7号线穿越既有双井站及磁器口站为例,分别利用有限差分FLAC3D软件及有限元ANSYS软件对安全控制措施进行评价,并对比不同安全控制措施的效果,验证新线车站穿越既有车站安全控制措施体系的可行性,为北京市新线车站穿越既有车站技术措施的制定提供参考。

【Abstract】 As the development and improvement of urban rail transport network, it is an inevitable problem that the newly built subway station crossing the existing subway station. In currently Beijing panling subway line, there are numerous new stations across existing subway station. In the process of the new subaw station construction, in addition to its own construction safety, how to make the influences to the existing structure into minimum is the key objectives. Therefore, In order to ensure the Security of existing subway structure and operation, accurately determine the influences which from newly built subway station to existing subway station’s structure and track and propose reasonable safety control measures which effect has been analyzed is particularly important.The paper based on the Beijing subway crossing project as a research object, analyzed the influences which from newly built subway station to existing subway station’s structure and track and proposed the safety control measures system. The main contents for researching are as follows:(1) Choosed the Beijing’s10th II line GongZhuFen station across the existing Beijing lth line GongZhuFen station project as a research object, established3D finite element analysis software ANSYS model and compared the measured data, analysised the existing structure and track geometry variation caused by the prossing project.(2) According to existing structure deformation and control system of Beijing subway crossing project, proposed the safety control measures system. At the same time, choosing the Beijing’s newly bluit7th line across the existing ShuangJing and CiQiKou station project as a research object, respectively established finite difference analysis software FLAC3D model and finite element analysis software ANSYS model to evaluate safety control measures, then contrast different security control measures, verified the feasibility of safety control measures system, provided a reference for the formulation of technical measures of BeingJing crossing project finally.
