我国采暖地区低技术集合住宅节能研究

【摘要】 摘要:在世界能源危机、环境污染、人口膨胀的社会背景下,人类走可持续发展的生存道路势在必行。建筑的节能设计是其中重要一枝,也将成为未来建筑设计发展的新领域。本文以我国采暖地区集合住宅为研究对象,探讨适应我国国情的住宅建筑节能设计策略——低技术节能设计方法。低技术的节能设计方法是一个庞大、复杂的节能体系,并且需要结合建筑实地气候因素进行适应性的设计。文章从能源利用的角度,从被动式采暖和被动式降温两方面对低技术节能设计进行研究、总结。由于阳光间兼具被动式采暖和降温的双层功能,本文将其作为重点,对其在我国采暖地区集合住宅中的应用进行深入研究。并通过ecotect不境分析软件对阳光间的节能策略进行模拟分析,将集合住宅节能设计中的定性分析与检验式的热工计算向技术方向推进,使建筑设计更加科学、合理,并具预见性。同时,本文以阳光间为核心的节能设计研究,旨在将集合住宅设计中的使用形式与建筑构造、材料、节能技术整合于一体,达到建筑节能设计一体化的目的,并探索一条具有中国传统居住文化中邻里交往概念的集合住宅节能设计途径。文章最后通过设计实践对以阳光间为核心的低技术集合住宅节能策略进行验证,总结出适合我国采暖地区集合住宅的低技术节能设计策略,为后续研究提供资料。

【Abstract】 Because of the problems of the world energy crisis, environmental pollution and the population expansion, the road of sustainable developments becomes more and more important to human beings. As one part of sustainable development, architecture energy conservation design will be the new field in architecture design.This thesis set amalgamated dwelling in heating district in China as the research object, and discusses the energy saving methods of residential building which adapt to Chinese national conditions--low technology energy saving design. Low technology energy saving design is a large, complex energy saving system, and it need to be combined with the architecture field climate factors of adaptive design. This article take the energy utilization as the breakthrough point, divided the system into two parts, one is passive heating, and the other one is passive cooling.Because solar house has the double functions of passive heating and passive cooling. This thesis takes it as the emphasis, and delves into the using of solar house in heating district in our country. In this research, I use Autodesk Ecotect Analysis software to simulate and calculate the energy saving results of solar housing designed in amalgamated dwelling. This kind of simulation and calculation can make the architecture design more scientific, more reasonable, and make energy saving predictable. At the same time, taking the solar housing design as the core of the energy saving research aims to set the architecture design, construction, materials and energy efficient technology together to make a integrated design, and also looking for a way to achieve the traditional neighborhood communication mode in the amalgamated dwelling. In the end of this thesis, I made a amalgamated dwelling design to inspect and verify the low technology energy saving design methods. And summed up suitable low technology energy saving methods for amalgamated dwelling in the heating district which can be a initial value for further research.
