【摘要】 随着人口老龄化问题日趋严峻,以居家养老作为主要养老方式的中国家庭所面临的居住问题将日益突出。保障性住房作为国家一项长期而具有战略性意义的民生保障政策,是解决中低收入人群住房问题的主要措施。因此对于保障性住房如何适应老龄化社会进程的设计研究将对我国未来城市住宅建设起到丰富与完善的作用。本文通过对保障性住房发展脉络的梳理,明确了今后时期城市中低收入家庭住房发展的趋势,分析得知居住需求变化是其发展的主要推动力之一。进而以中低收入家庭居住需求作为重点研究对象,通过理论分析、问卷及入户走访调研的方式,对家庭全生命周期中不同阶段的住户需求予以归纳总结,并在适应性设计策略的指导下,就使用需求有针对性的给予适老性设计建议。保障性住房适应性设计研究的根本目的即在于顺应人口老龄化趋势,立足于中低收入家庭需求,以提高居住舒适性为出发点,力求最终解决中低收入阶层,尤其是这其中的老年居住者的居住问题,以此实现对未来保障性住房建设提供参考价值和借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the ageing of population becoming increasingly serious, the housing problem of Chinese family, which mainly take home-based care services as the pattern supporting the aged, will be more prominent. As the major measure to solve the above problem, indemnificatory housing is similar to commercial housing. Therefore, the research on the elderly adapting design of indemnificatory housing is playing a positive role in promoting urban residential construction.By studying the development vein of indemnificatory housing, this thesis analyses the development trend of urban residential and focuses on the residential requirement of low-income family. Then, by way of theoretical analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview summarize the different requirements of inhabitant. Finally, with the guidance of elderly adapting design strategies, provides design methods.更多还原
