【摘要】 近年来,县域经济得到越来越广泛的关注。随着辽宁省振兴的进程,随着辽宁省沿海经济带上升为国家战略,沈阳经济区被确定为综合配套改革试验区,辽宁省已经成为全国的投资热点、发展热点、关注重点,这些都为辽宁省的县域经济提供了良好的机遇。财政作为国民经济的综合反映,是各级政府履行职能的重要物质基础、政策工具、体制保证和管理手段,对县域经济的发展具有重要的支撑和保障作用。本文立足于产业经济学、区域经济学、财政学的相关理论基础知识,借鉴分析我国学者对目前县域经济发展已经取得的研究成果,运用理论研究与实证研究、定性分析与定量分析、比较分析以及文字叙述和图表说明相结合的方法,对辽宁省支持县域经济发展的财政政策措施进行综述,财政在促进县域经济发展过程中存在的主要问题及原因进行深入分析,提出能促进辽宁省县域经济发展的财政政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, County Economy gets more and more extensive attention. As the process of Liaoning revitalization, along with coastal economic belt of Liaoning has raised the national strategy, and Shenyang economic zone has been determined for synthetically reform testing district, Liaoning has become the national investment, development hot spots and focus. All of these provide County Economy of Liaoning with a good opportunity. Finance as one of the tools of government market economy macro-control, has an important support and assurance role in the development of County Economy. This paper based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of Industry Economics, Regional Economics, Public Finance, draw lessons from the research achievements of the development of County Economy in our country that scholars have obtains at present, use the theories and positive study, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and writing combined with diagramming to illustrate Liaoning status of development of County Economy, to thoroughly analyze the main problems and reasons in the process that Finance promotes the development of County Economy, put forward to advice of fiscal policy to promote the development of County Economy in Liaoning province.更多还原
