高校辅导员角色问题剖析与对策研究

【摘要】 由于科学技术与知识经济的飞速发展,21世纪的高校逐渐从社会的边缘走向社会的中心。高校的目标是要培养高素质的创新型人才,满足人类社会发展的需要。高校辅导员在大学生全面健康成长成才的过程中,起到专任教师无法替代的重要作用,其角色的发挥直接影响到大学生的培养质量,影响高校培养人才目标的实现。这些变化导致高校辅导员的角色发生转变,并且对辅导员的自身素质提出更高的要求,也是辅导员工作复杂性与艰难性的充分体现。研究新时期高校辅导员的角色,有利于辅导员高效的开展工作。那么,高校辅导员在新的形势下到底应该扮演什么样的角色?在实际工作中,辅导员角色扮演遇到了哪些问题?是否真正履行了其自身的职责?如何对辅导员角色进行有效管理?所有这些问题都是本文试着去探讨和解决的,这也正是本文的出发点和立足点。本文主要采用学科性研究方法和文献分析方法,借鉴学术界的先期成果,从分析高校辅导员角色认识和角色现状出发,剖析现实中辅导员队伍中存在的问题,找出其深层次的原因,进而提出辅导员角色管理的对策。本文共分为三部分:第一部分:从角色的概念出发,进一步阐述对高校辅导员角色的认识,明确辅导员是集教育、管理和服务三位一体的教师。无论是教育、管理还是服务,最根本的是要促进大学生全面健康的成长成才。研究当代大学生成长的特点和规律,分析新形势下辅导员应扮演的角色是很有意义的。第二部分:角色扮演是角色理论的中心概念,个体扮演角色都不是一帆风顺的,会遇到很多问题。深入剖析高校辅导员在扮演这些角色的过程中遇到的问题以及引发这些问题的表层原因和深层原因是相当重要的。第三部分:这是本文的落脚点。借鉴人力资源管理理论,提出优化高校辅导员角色的要求和对策,促进学生工作的开展,保障辅导员工作权益,提高高校人力资源管理效能。
【Abstract】 Due to the rapid development of technology and the knowledge of economy, college is gradually from the society of marginal to the center of the society in the 21st century. The aim of college is to cultivate the high-quality creative talents to meet the needs of the development of human society. Counselors play an important part which full-time teachers can’t replace in the process of college students’comprehensive and healthy growth,whose role play directly affect the quality of the college students and the talents training goal of university. These changes lead to transformation of the of counselors’role, and higher demand being put forward to themselves, which is also reflection of difficulty and complexity with their work.The role of counselors’research is helpful for the efficient work.So, what kind of role should of counselors play under the new situation?In practice, what problem do they meet in the process of playing role? If they perform their duties really?How to carry out the effective management for the role?This thesis is rooted the following questions which are also going to be settled by these studies.This thesis mainly in subjective research methods and the literature analysis method, with research colleges and universities from the counselor role,analyzes the actual problems existing in the political counselor team, identifies the reasons for its deep-seated,and then proposes solutions.This thesis is divided three parts.The first part:from the concept of role, counselor role further expounds the understanding of the role of university counselors, clear counselors are set education, management and service of the trinity teachers. Whether education, management or service, the most essential is to promote the growth of college students’comprehensive health expert. Study of the growth of the contemporary college students’ characteristics and laws, analysis under the new situation counselor should play the role.The second part:playing role is the center of the role theory concept, individual character is plain, will have a lot of problems. Further analysis in play the role of university counselors of the problems in the course of these problems and to initiate the surface layer of reason and the deep reason is quite important。The third part:this is the essences of this paper. Reference human resources management theory, and puts forward the inconsistence management requirements and countermeasures, and promote the development of students’ work, optimize the role management, improve university human resources management efficiency.
