某型变频器矢量控制模块研究与设计

【摘要】 在为某变频器矢量控制模块的设计中,针对光电编码器带来的安装困难、费用过高等问题确定了高性能无速度传感器的矢量控制系统方案,根据此方案展开的设计研究,对促进矢量控制系统的发展有重要意义。本文首先介绍了异步电机的数学模型与矢量控制的原理,在此基础上得出结合转子磁场定向与空间电压矢量(SVPWM)技术的异步电机矢量控制系统原理框图。为得到矢量控制系统中所需的转速信息,分析了几种转速辨识方案的优缺点后将模型参考自适应法确定为本论文的转速辨识方案,并介绍了该辨识方法的原理、结构及估算方法。根据得到的无速度传感器矢量控制系统原理图,在Matlab/Simulink的仿真环境中搭建出三相异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统及各重要模块的仿真模型并进行仿真,仿真结果表明,该控制系统动、静态响应良好、精度高、整体稳定性强,且系统结构简单,故具有良好的实用性和可行性。最后,以TI公司生产的DSP芯片TMS320F2808为主要控制单元,完成了对三相异步电机无速度传感器矢量控制系统软件各部分的程序编写,主要对主程序中的初始化流程、标幺转换流程、参数自学习流程与下溢中断子程序中的坐标变换流程、PI调节流程、模型参考自适应法实现流程、SVPWM算法实现流程等做了详细介绍并给出直观的流程图,实现了理论的实用化。

【Abstract】 In the design of vector control module for a certain type of inverter, use the scheme ofhigh-performance speed-sensorless vector control system to overcome the problems likeinstallation difficulties and high cost brings by optical encoder is important for thedevelopment of vector control system.This paper first introduces the mathematical model of the induction motor and theprinciple of vector control, on this basis, get the induction motor vector control systemprinciple diagram which combined with the rotor magnetic field orientation and space vectorpulse width modulation technology (SVPWM). In order to get the speed information to berequired in the vector control system, determine MRAS to be the speed identification schemein this paper after identify the advantages and disadvantages of several speed identificationschemes, and introduced the principle, structure and estimate approach of MRAS.Then build the three-phase induction motor speed sensorless vector control systemsimulation model in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment according to induction motorvector control system principle diagram. The simulation results show that this control systemhas good static and dynamic response, high precision, overall stability, and structure simple, soit has good practicability and feasibility.Finally, complete the three-phase induction motor speed sensorless vector control systemsoftware programming with the DSP chip TMS320F2808 which product by TI company as themain control unit. Detailed the flow charts of important parts, include: Initialization flow chart,per unit conversion flowchart and parameter self-learning flow chart under main program, andcoordinate transformation flow chart, PI regulator flow chart, MRAS flow chart, and SVPWMalgorithm flow chart under underflow interrupt subroutine. The preparation of this programchange the theory to be Practical.
