焊缝缺陷图像信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在现代工业中,焊接起着非常重要的作用,焊缝的质量对产品的寿命起着至关重要的作用,然而在实际应用过程中,焊缝缺陷情况时常出现,使得焊件存在极大质量隐患。在这种情况之下,如何对焊缝缺陷准确检测,并将其相关信息进行有效的总结归纳和高效的进行科学管理,就显得至关重要,同时也具有现实意义和经济价值。目前工业中,对于经过射线照射获得的焊缝缺陷图像的信息归纳,还没有统一的标准,因而使得对图像的各项信息无法科学化管理,不仅造成很多应用层面问题,也直接导致当下焊缝缺陷图像信息化管理的落后。针对上述情况,在“质检公益性行业科研专项”项目“射线数字检测工艺研究及缺陷信息库建设”资助下,本文从实际焊缝缺陷图像特性出发,经过认真比对和归纳,总结出一套既符合实际应用需求,又便于进行科学化管理的焊缝缺陷图像信息标准,通过详细的系统需求分析,将其应用于系统代码实现,开发出一套焊缝缺陷图像信息管理系统。在系统实现过程中,主要从以下三个方面分别进行了研究:(1)针对既定的焊缝缺陷图像信息标准,进行合理的系统结构设计和高效的数据库设计,不仅使系统在功能上更加完善,也使得图像信息数据得到更加高效的存储管理。(2)研究了16位TIFF图像的特征,并结合现有数字图像显示处理算法,实现TIFF图像的显示和简单处理功能。(3)在系统界面实现过程中,利用flash和C++的良好交互性在界面中嵌入flash元素,既提高了系统美观程度,也优化了用户体验。本论文的成果在于:通过实际缺陷图像信息总结,提出了一套切实有效的焊缝缺陷图像信息标准,并结合MFC系统软件开发结构,将其进行了实际应用开发,大大提升了相关产业的信息管理化进程。除此之外,在传统项目界面开发基础之上,将flash等全新页面元素效果加入信息管理系统界面当中,大大优化了用户体验,提升了系统可用性。

【Abstract】 In the modern industry, welding plays a basic role. The quality of the welding is very important to the life of the products. So detecting welding defects efficiently and accurately has important practical significance and economic value, however, in practical application process, the weld defect cases often occur, so there is a big quality problem of elements. Now currently there is no uniform standard induction for weld defects image information, making the scientific management of image information very difficult, which not only cause a lot of application-level issues, but also a direct result of the present weld defect image information management behind.For the situation above, based on the characteristics of the actual weld defect image, this paper summed up a set of standard defect image information, applies to the system code and develops a defect image information management system. During the system implementation process, this paper mainly studies from the following three aspects, the main research are as follows:(1) Based on the standard of the weld defect image information, this paper does reasonable system architecture design and efficient database design, not only making the system more perfect in function, but also the image information data to be more efficient storage management(2) Studying the characteristics of 16-bit TIFF images, and implementing display and simple processing of the 16-bit TIFF images.(3) During the system implementation process, based on the good interactivity of flash and C++, embedding flash elements in the interface, that not only improves the aesthetics of the system, but also optimizes the user experience.The result of this paper is that, based on the traditional interface development project, achieving a set of effective standards for weld defect image information, completing the actual application development, greatly enhancing the information management process. Based on the traditional project development, this system adds new page elements such as flash effect to the interface, which greatly improves the user experience, and enhances system availability.
