蛋鸡小麦添加非淀粉多糖酶日粮能量适宜水平研究

【摘要】 本研究的目的是系统评估不同能量水平的小麦添加NSP酶制剂日粮对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、营养物质消化率及葡萄糖转运载体表达量的影响,确定蛋鸡小麦添加非淀粉多糖酶日粮中的能量的适宜水平,为小麦在蛋鸡日粮中的合理使用提供依据和参考。试验采用单因素实验设计,选取210日龄伊莎婷特蛋鸡1024只,随机分为8个组,每组设4个重复。试验1组为玉米基础日粮组(正对照组),试验2组为小麦基础日粮组(负对照组),试验3组为小麦+0.01%酶制剂日粮组,其它各组在试验3组日粮的基础上用沸石粉等量代替植物油使能量逐级降低0.2MJ/Kg,共组成8种日粮,每组喂一种试验日粮,预饲期7d,试验期为90d,试验结果表明:①各试验组产蛋率与正对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),而与2组(负对照)相比分别提高8.00%、7.04%、6.72%、6.71%、5.91%、3.81%,均达显著水平(P<0.05)。试验3、4、5、6组的采食量分别比2组(负对照)、7、8组降低9.80%、6.72%、5.83%;7.26%、5.53%、4.08%;5.43%、3.66%、2.19%;3.81%、2.01%、0.51%,且均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。各试验组平均蛋重与正对照组和负对照组相比有下降趋势,但未达到差异水平(P>0.05)。试验3、4、5、6组的料蛋比分别比2组(负对照组)、7、8组低16.5%、11.1%、11.6%;11.9%、6.24%、6.82%;11.6%、5.88%、6.47%;10.2%、4.39%、4.99%;达到差异水平(P<0.05),而与正对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。②蛋黄中胆固醇含量以8组最低,分别较正、负对照组和其它试验组低1.86%、0.39%、2.6%、2.29%、1.98%、1.67%、0.26%,其中与1、3、4组达到显著水平(P<0.05)。蛋黄颜色各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但以负对照组最低,分别比其它各组低4.9%、5.37%、3.96%、4.9%、2.51%、1.52%、1.52%。蛋黄相对重以3组最低,分别较其他试验组和1组(正对照组)低5.46%、2.38%、0.212%、0.458%、1.53%、2.52%、4.04%,均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。哈氏单位各组均差异不显著(P>0.05),但以试验6组较好,分别较其它各试验组高4.22%、9.54%、3.15%、3.66%、5.61%、6.06%、8.89%。③日粮的能量利用率以小麦对照组最低,分别较其他各组低16.6%、15.1%、16.5、15.8%、18.2%、19.7%、20.8%,均差异显著(P<0.05)。粗蛋白消化率以小麦对照组最低,分别较其他各组低40.6%、32.2%、33.4%、38.3%、40.6%、36.1%、38.0%,其中与1、6、7、8组差异显著(P<0.05)。粗脂肪以小麦对照组最低,分别较其他各组低6.24%、2.98%、2.63%、2.96%、4.77%、4.69%、5.99%,其中与1、8组差异显著(P<0.05)。④肠系膜血清中葡萄糖含量各组间差异不显著,但以2组较低,分别较其他各组低:3.95%、3.95%、3.41%、3.45%、3.01%、3.93%、3.88%⑤1组的葡萄糖转运载体基因SGLT1和GLUT2与2组相比,分别高:39.7%和20.5%,且差异显著。各试验组间葡萄糖转运载体SGLT1和GLUT2相比差异不显著。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to study effects of different levels of energy on production performance, egg quality, nutrients utilization, expression of Glucose transport carrier of hens under the conditions of adding non-starch polysaccharides (NSP) enzyme to wheat meal diets.Using single factors experiment design, select 1024 new Isa Brown hens 210 days of age, which is divided into 8 groups, each group has 4 repeats. Group 1 was the control group ,fed corn diet ; group 2 was the negative control group , fed wheat diet. Group 3 was test group ,fed wheat add 0.01% enzymes diet . Other groups using zeolite instead of vegetable oil with powder amount to gradually reduce energy 0.2MJ/kg, which composed of 8 kinds of diets. Back-grounding 7d, trial period 90d, Results indicate:①The egg rate than the control group and group are no significant difference(P>0.05).Than the negative control group were higher: 8.00%、7.04%、6.72%、6.71%、5.91%、3.81%.That are significantly different(P<0.05). intake of group 3, 4, 5, and 6 than group 7, 8 were low 9.80%、6.72%、5.83%;7.26%、5.53%、4.08%;5.43%、3.66%、2.19%;3.81%、2.01%、0.51%,and that was significant. Egg weight have to decline. F/E of group 7、8 lower than other groups(P<0.05).②The amount of cholesterol in egg of group 8 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),it than the other group low : 1.86%、0.39%、2.6%、2.29%、1.98%、1.67%、0.26%. The yolk color and hastelloy units in group 1 and group 2 ,but there were no significant different among other experimental groups(P>0.05).Group 2 was significantly lower than other group(sP<0.05),low : 4.9%、5.37%、3.96%、4.9%、2.51%、1.52%、1.52%. Group 3 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),low: 5.46%、2.38%、0.212%、0.458%、1.53%、2.52%、4.04%.Group 6 was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),high: 4.22%、9.54%、3.15%、3.66%、5.61%、6.06%、8.89%.③Group 1 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),low: 16.6%、15.1%、16.5、15.8%、18.2%、19.7%、20.8%,that was significant difference. The digestibility of crude protein of group 2 were significantly lower than other group(sP<0.05),low: 40.6%、32.2%、33.4%、38.3%、40.6%、36.1%、38.0%. Group 1 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),low: 6.24%、2.98%、2.63%、2.96%、4.77%、4.69%、5.99%.There were no significantly different than experimental groups with group 1.④That was no significant difference, The glucose content levels of mesenteric blood serum of each group. Group 2 was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05),low: 3.95%、3.95%、3.41%、3.45%、3.01%、3.93%、3.88%. ⑤SGLT1 and GLUT of group 1 than the groups 2 of high, 39.7% and 20.5%. SGLT1 and GLUT of each group was no significant difference.
