小高层住宅的结构选型及抗震性能研究

【摘要】 近几年,小高层住宅大量涌现,特别是异形柱框架-剪力墙结构(以下简称:异形柱框架结构)和具有较多短肢剪力墙的剪力墙结构(以下简称:短肢剪力墙结构)这两种新的结构体系的应用较多。通过抗震性能分析,寻求最适合于小高层住宅整体抗震的结构形式,对更好的发展住宅建设、满足人民长远的生活需要、建设更好更多的绿色住宅具有重要意义。目前有关小高层住宅矩形柱框架结构体系、异形柱框架结构体系和短肢剪力墙结构体系的抗震指标的比较研究很少,影响了人们对住宅结构体系综合指标的认识,不利于业主和设计人员对住宅结构体系应用范围的把握。住宅结构体系存在着一个适用范围的问题,应当从它的抗震性能出发加以科学的界定。在总结已有研究成果的基础上,本论文着重进行以下研究:1.阐述了短肢剪力墙与异形柱框架这两种常用结构形式的特点,并分析了各自的结构布置、结构计算和构造的相关问题。2.对短肢剪力墙结构体系、异形柱框架结构体系及矩形柱框架结构体系选用了合适的结构对比模型,即对于结构平面图相似,结构层数同为12层的小高层,用SAP2000对该结构分别进行了模态分析,弹塑性动力时程分析,得出它们在自振周期、水平位移、地震反应力,进行了地震反应谱分析,比较了它们在楼层水平位移、层间位移角,从而选出适用于小高层住宅的相对合理结构体系,并提出了设计建议,以供实际工程设计参考。3.阐述了Pushover分析方法(静力弹塑性分析方法)的基本原理、基本假定、一般步骤等,并将三种结构体系应用于同一小高层住宅,分别建立分析模型,采用SAP2000结构分析软件,根据现行结构设计规范进行了Pushover分析与计算,分别得到了它们塑性铰出现情况及能力谱曲线。对分析结果进行了评价,从而对结构的整体抗震性能进行了评估。4.分析了短肢剪力墙及异形柱布置对结构抗震性能的影响。结合作者设计的一个工程实例,对小高层住宅的选型进行了比较。

【Abstract】 In recent years, a large number of small high-rise residential house, which have the structures with specially shaped column or with short-leg shear wall have been emerged. Howerver, there is a few of research work for the structures with specially shaped column and with short-leg shear wall. In order to look for the reasonable structural forms of small high-rise residential houses, the discussion of aseismetic performance of the structures is necessary.Based on the summarized research results, in this paper, and the study include the following research work has been done in this thesis:First, the features of frame structures with rectangular columns, frame structures with specially shaped columns and structures with short-leg shear walls have been analysed.Their structural arrangement, calculation and construction have been discussed.Second, chose suitable structure contrast model for the short-leg shear wall structure system and special-shaped column structure system and rectangle column frame structure system, that’s to say, the structure plane likeness and the structure is the same as 12 floor, carry on model analysis and elasto-plastic time-history analysis to the structure model with SAP2000 respectively, then got their natural periods and horizontal displacement, earthquake reaction, carried on earthquake response spectrum analysis, compared their horizontal displacement and interstorey drift, and select the reasonable structure system for the small high-rise residence, and give some design suggestions to provide an actual engineering design reference.Third, elaborated the basic principle, basic suppose, general step of Pushover analyzes method, and apply to three kinds of structure systems at the same small high-rise residence, build up analytical model respectively, adopt SAP2000 structure analysis software, choose suitable earthquake wave, according to the current structure analysis and calculation, designed norm to carry on Pushover, and then got their plastic-hinge appear and response spectrum curve. Carried on an evaluation according analysis results, thus to valuate the whole aseismatic performance of the structure.Fourth, the influence to the aseismatic ability of the structure is analyzed when the disposal of short-leg shear wall and special-shaped column had changed. The structural forms have been compared in a small high-rise residence, which was designed by author.
