超视距协议传输检测系统设计与实现

【摘要】 国产雷达和引进雷达同为舰载微波主被动超视距对海警戒搜索和目标指示雷达,该系列雷达由主动站、被动站和协同站组成,它综合了主动、被动和多舰协同探测定位等多种探测方式而形成超视距探测系统。随着装备的普及和使用时间的增加,该装备的故障也频频发生。由于该雷达协同站的工作任务是需要两部或两部以上相同型号的雷达共同完成,所以针对其的检测和实验都需要另外一条舰的相同型号雷达在场配合,无疑增加了经济负担。而且,由于该雷达的特性,雷达发送的数据无法人为控制,给故障的排查带来重重困难,严重影响了训练或者实验的效率。本文的撰写依据为“超视距协议传输检测系统设计与实现”的课题任务,该课题为作者所在的中国船舶重工集团南京第724研究承担。本文先是分析了课题背景和厂商的实际需要,然后根据现有的技术和资料,逐步从总体规划,一步一步细化到分系统,再到模块,对每一步的实现,都进行了详尽的阐述。在经过后期的大量实验和论证后,产品交付给厂商,应用效果很好。检测系统的研制为做好国产雷达、引进雷达协同站有关的配套保障、技术改新和功能开发积累了经验,提高国产雷达、引进雷达协同站的维修保障能力,更好地满足了训练要求,大大提高了经济效益和效率。

【Abstract】 Domestic radar and introduced radar are alert for ship-borne microwave active and passive over the horizon of the sea search and target indication radar. The series of radar by the active station, passive station and collaboration stations combines the active, passive and multi-ship collaboration detecting positioning a variety of detection to the formation of the over-the-horizon detection system. With the increase of equipment availability and use of time, the equipment failures occur frequently. Furthermore, since the radar station together task is to necessarily complete two or more of the same type of radar in the two, its detection and experiment need another same type of ship radar presence, which undoubtedly increases the economic burden. Moreover, due to the characteristics of the radar, the data sent by radar cannot be artificially controlled, which brings a lot of difficulties for investigation of the failure, and seriously affects the efficiency of the training or experiment.The paper is urgently required by the manufacturer Chinese Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Nanjing Institute 724 to design and develop“over the horizon protocol transmission detection system”. This paper first analyzes the background and the actual needs of the manufacturers, based on existing technology and information, and describes gradually from the overall planning, step-by-step refinement to the subsystem, and then to the module, every step of the implementation in detail. After a large number of experiments and demonstration, the product is delivered to the manufacturer, and it works well. The detection system developed for domestic radar and introduced the radar to synergistic station supporting protection, technical change and function of development accumulates experience and improves maintenance and support capabilities of the radar station together for the domestic radar and the introduced radar, which better satisfies the training requirements and greatly enhances the economic benefits and efficiency.
