电石灰改良盐渍土底基层试验研究

【摘要】 滨海盐渍土是一种特殊的土,具有溶陷、盐胀、腐蚀等不良的工程特性,滨海盐渍土地区公路底基层填料是制约交通建设快速发展的重大岩土工程问题之一。本文立足于解决滨海盐渍土的工程应用,通过大量的室内外试验技术分析,对滨海地区高速公路底基层填料改良应用的可行性进行了研究论证,并阐述了滨海地区高速公路底基层填料改良利用的重要意义。首先,通过对河北省沧州歧口至海丰段高速公路滨海地区地理位置和水文地质条件调查,指出沧州歧口至海丰段高速公路底基层填料所面临的问题,阐明了在滨海盐渍土地区建设高速公路采用改良的盐渍土作为道路底基层填料的必要性和实际意义。在进行了大量的国内外关于盐渍土和改良盐渍土的调研后,针对滨海盐渍土底基层存在的基本问题,基于环渤海地区自然环境特征和水文地质特征,有针对性的提出了电石灰、粉煤灰改良高速公路盐渍土底基层填料方案。其次,选取沧州地区大量存放的化工废渣电石灰作为改良材料进行改良,重点分析了利用电石灰代替石灰作为固化剂的可行性。通过多种室内试验方法,着重研究固化盐渍土的力学性质。依据大量的试验资料,并结合前人的相关知识,对固化盐渍土的机理进行了科学分析和应用研究。最后,在沧州歧口至海丰段沿海高速公路选取了试验段进行了施工技术研究.介绍了盐渍土改良用作高速公路底基层填料的施工技术要点和施工管理对策,为在滨海盐渍土地区推广底基层填料改良提供一套完整的管理办法。本文通过对固化盐渍土工程性质的室内外试验研究,为固化改良后的滨海盐渍土用于公路底基层填料提供了科学依据,也为固化盐渍土在滨海盐渍土地区地基处理方面的推广应用提供重要参考依据。

【Abstract】 Inshore saline soil is a special soil which has some bad engineering properties, such as collapse, dilatability and erosion and so on. Subbase filling of highway has been one of important geotechnical engineering problems, which restricts the development of highway in inshore saline area. Combining with the highway construction and management, the feasibility of stabilized saline soil for inshore subbase filling is discussed and studied, based on the technical analysis on many laboratory tests. The importance of improvement and application of subbase filling inshore highway is also expounded in this paper.At first, through the research of geographic location and hydrogeological condition of highway which from Qikou to Haifeng in Cangzhou at inshore area, expound the practical problems of the subbase filling applied to the construction of highway which from Qikou to Haifeng in Cangzhou, brought out the disadvantages when improved saline soil does not apply to subbase filling at highway construction in inshore saline soil field. Based on abundant investigation and study both home and abroad on inshore saline soil and improve saline soil as highway subbase filling, the project that the calcium carbide dust and of chemical plant is used as improved material is put forward.The second, this paper selected amounts of calcium carbide dust and fly ash of chemical plant offscum as improved material. The possibility of calcium carbide dust instead of lime are analyzed which emphased on mechanical property. According to plenty of experimental data and some cognition which was acquired before, this paper make pilot study of the solidifying mechanism of stabilized saline soil.At last, construction technique study has been done at Qikou-Haifeng highway. The constructure techniques and corresponding manage games of stabilized for highway subbase filling is expounded and a series of manage procedure is provide for popularize the improve technique at inshore saline soil zone. The importance of the stabilized saline soil for future highway constructure is provided based on previous chapters.In this study, the tests of engineering properties of stabilized saline soil are carried out, which can be used the scientific bases for using stabilized saline soil as subbase filling and provide important reference for the appliance in inshore saline soil area.
