300MW燃煤机组印尼煤掺烧运行特性及优化

【摘要】 随着我国电力行业的快速发展,电力用煤供应偏紧现状短期内无法解决,造成用煤企业不可能稳定的燃用单一煤种,掺烧不可避免。为适应目前电煤市场的变化,扩宽煤源供应渠道,进一步降低燃煤成本,广州珠江电厂陆续在各台炉上掺烧印尼煤。而火力发电厂锅炉选型有相对应的设计煤种,当煤质超出设定适应范围,将会给锅炉的安全、经济性带来很大的影响。印尼煤各参数值偏离锅炉的设计及校核煤种,具有高挥发份、高水份、低硫份等主要特点,具有很好的着火特性,但也有较强自燃倾向性;另一个显著特点是灰溶点较低,可能对锅炉炉内结焦情况的恶化和排渣产生较严重的影响。鉴于该煤种与珠江电厂原设计煤种参数差别较大,为了获得燃烧该煤种时对机组各运行参数的影响,尤其是对制粉系统、燃烧系统的影响,该厂先后在各台炉进行掺烧印尼煤的试验工作。本课题以印尼煤为重点的掺烧煤种,分析研究其燃烧特性、灰熔融特性等,提出适应300MW机组锅炉运行的混煤掺烧配比进行试验,在试验和运行结果分析基础上,对掺烧进行优化,确定最佳的掺烧方案、掺烧比例及运行工况,同时逐渐推广至其它煤种,为该厂锅炉的多煤种掺烧积累经验,扩大锅炉燃用煤种的适用范围,具有相当积极的现实意义。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s power industry, the situation of the shortage of the Power coal supply can not be solved in the short time, which leades to mixed-coal combustion. In order to meet changes in the current coal market, broaden the sources of coal supply channels, and, further reduce costs, Guangzhou Zhujiang Power Plant has the use of Indonesian coal in succession. The parameters of Indonesian coal deviate from the design and checked coal of the boiler, and this coal has a feature of high heat, high volatile, low ash and good ignition characteristics, but at the same time it is spontaneously ignitable. Another characteristic is that the ash dissolve point is low, which may generate a serious effect to the coke forming.Because of the differences between Indonesian coal and original design one, and in order to get to the effects of parameters, especially for the combustion system and coal pulverizing system, while buring this coal, the power plant has done some experiment work for mixed-coal combustion of Indonesian coal. This topic to Indonesian coal as the key point, will analyze the combustion characteristics, ash melting characteristics, and determine the best solutions and mixed burn operating conditions after the experiments and optimization. Finally, it will extend to other coal, accumulate experience for mixed-coal combustion, amd, expand the scope of application of coal.
