【摘要】 改革开放30年来,中国社会经历了由传统社会向现代社会的转型。随着这一转型的加速,中国经济社会文化发生了深刻变革,社会主义市场经济体制初步建立,社会主义民主法制建设取得长足进步,文化事业全面繁荣。由于中国城市和乡村二元结构的存在,中国的改革开放进程一直未能在城市和乡村之间实现同步,中国农村经济社会转型的进程明显滞后于城市。随着改革的不断深入,这种转型已经从城市拓展到乡村,给党的农村基层组织建设提出了新的课题。党的农村基层组织是党在农村区域的战斗堡垒,是党的农村工作和战斗力的基础。党的农村基层组织在中国农村经济社会转型进程中发挥了举足轻重的作用。随着改革的不断深入,转型步伐逐渐加快,如何把农村基层党组织建设成为始终站在时代前列、领导农村各项事业向前发展的坚强战斗堡垒,是当前基层党建工作的一项重要任务。本文在实证调查的基础上,通过对调查资料的文本阐释和理论分析,综合运用多种研究方法,对转型时期农村经济社会特点和对党的农村基层组织建设的影响进行了探讨,并就如何妥善解决经济社会转型过程中农村基层党组织建设中存在的新情况、新问题,更好地发挥领导核心作用和组织保证作用进行了分析,提出了建议。全文共分五个部分。第一部分是引言。主要论述论文的选题缘起、相关文献和基本研究思路和写作框架。第二部分从概念界定出发,重点探讨村域转型视域下加强党的农村基层组织建设的影响。第三部分从改革开放以来党的农村基层党组织建设取得的成绩和遇到的新问题两个维度,对党的农村基层组织建设进行了现状分析,总结了经验,分析了存在的问题及产生原因。第四部分针对转型视域下党的基层组织建设存在的问题从创新组织设置、提高能力素质、推动农村民主、发挥核心作用、改进思想作风五个方面提出对策建议。第五部分是结语。在总结本文的主要研究成果和研究中的不足的同时,指出了今后研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China has transformed from traditionals to moderns. With the acceleration of this transformation, China’s economy,social and cultural has undergone profound changes.A socialist market economy has been preliminarily established,a socialist democracy and legal construction has made great progress, the culture has been overall prospered. China’s reform and opening up process has not been able to achieve synchronization between urban and rural areas because of urban-rural dual structure of the existence. China’s rural economic and social transformation process has lagged far behind in the city. With the continuous deepening of reform, the transition has been expanded from cities to villages, to the rural primary Party organizations construction made new issues.The rural primary Party organizations is the fighting force in rural areas , the Party’s rural work and combat effectivenes. The rural primary Party organizations in promoting rural economic and social transformation process in rural China has played a pivotal role. With the continuous deepening of reform, gradually accelerating the pace of transformation, how the rural primary Party organizations into a party always stood in the forefront,a strong fighting force leading forward the development of various undertakings in rural areas is important work in the primary Party organizations.In this paper, the features transition rural economic and social and the impact to rural primary Party organizations was discussed using various research methods based on empirical investigation through the interpretation of survey data and theoretical analysis of the text,and on how to properly resolve the new situation and new problems of the rural primary Party organizations existed economic and social transformation, analyzed and suggested leading to better play a central role and Organization to ensure.This thesis consists of five parts:Part 1 is the introduction. It’s discoursed the writing origin of paper, literature and basic research ideas and writing frames.Part 2 focus on the significance of strengthing the rural primary Party organizations in transformation in village region from defining key concepts Part 3 made quo analysis the rural primary Party organizations of the achievements and new problems in two dimensions from the reform and opening up, summed up the experience, analysis of problems and causes.Part 4 put forward suggestions from the innovative organizational settings to improve the ability and quality, to promote rural democracy, play a central role in improving the style of thinking in five areas sight for the problems of the rural primary Party organizations construction in transformation in village organizations.Part 5 is the conclusion.
