移动通讯基站用电量智能采集与处理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着移动网络无线覆盖的不断增强,基站和机房建设规模日益扩大,站点用电信息管理与环境监控工作日益繁重,实现无人值守、集中化、自动化的基站和机房维护管理将成为一个必然趋势;引入功能齐全、智能化的新一代基站及智能采集与处理系统是其维护管理的重要支撑和工具。移动公司加强基站用电管理,实现节能降费将成为今后十分重要的管理工作。除了建立一支敬业可靠的管理队伍外,更主要是依靠科学技术手段,能对网络电表实施远程数据采集、抄收、分析的用电量综合管理系统。系统通过对数据的科学分析、分类整理,形成相应的管理报表,同时制定相应的有针对性的管理制度,达到节能降费的目的。论文首先介绍了课题开发的背景和意义,课题的设计方案,并作了几种相关技术的介绍,课题需求分析和总体设计;然后详细介绍了基于GPRS网络技术的远程自动抄表终端的设计与实现;最后简要介绍了主站软件的设计与实现。论文从硬件结构和软件开发两个方面设计并实现了基于GPRS网络技术的远程自动智能抄表与处理系统。系统采用了ST公司的高性能的32位微处理器STM32F103和实时多任务RTOS嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-II,运用了模块化结构设计,具有优良的可维护性、可扩展性和可伸缩性。通信模块采用SIMCOM公司生产的SIM900B型号的GPRS模块作为硬件平台,利用RS485串行通讯接口采集多功能电能表各电表参数,通过GPRS网络把采集到的各种数据传输到远程主站。在主站通过VC开发的软件进行数据分析统计并存储,实现了电能表的远程抄表与能耗分析。

Through the system of scientific data analysis, sorting, formation of the corresponding management reports, while developing appropriate targeted management system to achieve energy cost reduction purposes.Thesis first introduces the background and significance of the development project, project design, and made the introduction of several related technologies, demand analysis and general design issues; then introduces GPRS network technology based on remote automatic meter reading terminal design and Implementation; concludes with a brief description of the main station management service software design.Thesis from the development of hardware and software design and implementation of both GPRS network based intelligent remote automatic meter reading and processing system. ST’s high performance system uses 32-bit microprocessor STM32F10X multitasking RTOS and real-time embedded operating systemμC/OS-II, modular design, with excellent maintainability, scalability, and scalability. Communication modules produced SIM900B SIMCOM GPRS module as a model of the hardware platform, using RS485 serial communication interface, multi-function meter acquisition parameters of the meter, through the GPRS network to a variety of collected data to a remote master station.
