新课程标准下语文学科的反思性教学实践与探索

Reflections on Chinese Teaching Practice in Junior High School under the New Curriculum Criteria

【摘要】 “反思性教学”是二十世纪90年代后期,开始被我国教育者们重视教育理念之一,也是促进教师专业化发展的途径之一,更是教育改革的方向。初中语文教师对于反思性教学的研究是非常必要的。笔者在本文中对反思性教学做了四方面的探究:第一,反思与反思性教学的基本概念和理念依据;第二,初中语文教师反思性教学现状的问卷调查;第三,初中语文教师反思性教学的实践和策略;第四,反思性教学对于初中语文教师专业化发展的要求。本文主要通过“实践”进行探究,力图搭建理论和实践的桥梁,探究反思性教学的同时,不断提高教师专业化能力,推动课程改革。

【Abstract】 "Reflective Teaching " is the twentieth century, the late 90s, began to be emphasis on education of educators is one idea is to promote the professional development of teachers, but also the direction of education reform. Junior high school Chinese teacher for the study of reflective teaching is necessary.In this essay, made of reflective teaching in four areas of inquiry: First, the theoretical basis for reflective teaching; second, reflective teaching junior high school Chinese teachers survey the status quo; the third, junior high school Chinese teachers in the practice of reflective teaching And strategies; Fourth, reflective teaching junior high school Chinese teachers for professional development.In this paper, through the "practice" of inquiry, trying to build a bridge between theory and practice to explore the reflective teaching, constantly improve the professional capacity of teachers to promote curriculum reform.
