【摘要】 改革开放特别是新世纪以来,江西经济保持了较高的增长速度,但是在高速增长的背后,其增长效率的水平到底如何,则有待学术界定性分析后定量的深入研究。本文首先将江西置入中部六省这个区域背景中,用TFP的Malmquist指数法对江西省2000-2010年的面板数据进行动态分析,得到江西省以及六省效率增长的平均水平,江西省10年来生产率变动指数值均为1,即其经济效率10年来并没有增减而保持了一个平稳的状态。在动态研究中,仅能得到经济增长效率的变动情况,而不能给出具体的效率值高低,因此文章接下来对江西11年的数据纵向静态效率比较研究,主要结论是江西省经济增长总体效率受规模效率的影响较大且呈现出波浪型的变动态势。本文同样从横向的角度,对江西省各地市经济效率展开研究分析,得到抚州、南昌、新余(TE=1)>赣州、鹰潭(TE=0.98)>全省平均水平(TE=0.89)>宜春、吉安、景德镇、上饶(TE=0.85)>萍乡、九江(TE=0.73)的结果。最后,本文针对影响经济增长技术效率的因素建立模型进行分析,得到人口素质、保险深度对效率正相关的影响而对外开放程度对其产生轻微反向作用的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reform and opening up, especially since the new century. Jiangxi’s economy maintained a high growth rate, but in the back of rapid growth, the growth level of efficiency how the quantitative in the end analysis to be academic in-depth qualitative research.First, we put Jiangxi into the background of six central provinces, using the Malmquist index of TFP method for 2000-2010 panel data dynamic analysis and we gain the growth level of efficiency of Jiangxi and the six central provinces.We get the productivity change index value 1, that means its economic efficiency does not increase or decrease during 10 years while maintaining a steady state. In the dynamic study, the efficiency of economic growth can only be known as variation, but can not given by a specific value of the level of efficiency. Then we put our notice on 11 years of data for Jiangxi static longitudinal comparative study, the main conclusion is that the overall efficiency of economic growth by efficiency of scale and showing a large change in wave-type situation. The same angle from the horizontal, around the city of Jiangxi Province, a study of economic efficiency analysis shows that Fuzhou, Nanchang, Xinyu (TE=1)> Ganzhou. Yingtan (TE= 0.98)> the average level of provincial (TE= 0.89)> Yichun, Ji’an, Jingdezhen, Shangrao (TE= 0.85)> Pingxiang, Jiujiang (TE= 0.73). Finally, we have a analysis on the impact factors of economic growth in technical efficiency by model, the conclusions is that the quality of the population, insurance penetration is related to the efficiency, degree of openness have a slight negative effect to it.更多还原
