基于虚拟仪器技术的失真度测量系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本设计基于虚拟仪器技术,采用数字方法对传统失真度测量系统进行重新设计。本系统具有计算机接口,人机界面上具有丰富的操作功能,弥补了传统失真度测量系统的功能不足,并实现了数据的在线与离线分析。失真度测量技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合提升了我国失真度测量系统的整体水平,使失真度测量系统更加符合信息化时代的要求,满足市场对新型失真度测量系统的需求,实现替代进口失真度测量系统的目的,推进我国测量信息化产业发展具有的重要意义。本文提出了采用虚拟仪器技术和数字法中的频谱分析法来进行失真度测量系统设计的思路,并给出了总体设计方案。鉴于数字法失真度测量原理的技术难度和0.01%失真度测量指标需求,采用MATLAB语言对加窗函数、A/D变换器分辨率位数、A/D变换器采样率和快速傅里叶变换级数这几个方面进行了仿真验证,确定了基于虚拟仪器技术的失真度测量系统的核心部件的选型所用的技术指标。所设计的失真度测量系统最终选用了NI USB-6251作为数据采集硬件平台,LabVIEW作为虚拟仪器软件开发平台,并通过了第三方检验机构的指标检测。本课题主要创新之处有以下几点:⑴.将虚拟仪器技术应用到失真度测量领域;⑵.采用数字法中的频谱分析法对失真度测量的核心单元进行数字化设计;⑶.提供了一种利用MATLAB仿真实现对低失真度测量系统的核心部件指标进行验证的方法;⑷.设计的失真度测量系统能实现对输入信号的全自动失真度测量,无需手动进行量程切换;

【Abstract】 Based on virtual instrument technology,the traditional distortion measurement system is redesigned by using a digital method。To make up functions of the traditional distortion measurement system,The system increases a computer interface and human-machine interface with many operating functions,implements online and offline data analysis。Distortion measurement technology and virtual instrument technology have combined to enhance the overall level of the measurement system。The new distortion measurement system is in line with the requirements of the information age,and meet the market demand。It is achieve the purpose which the new system as a replacement of import distortion measurement system。It is significance to promoting the development of China’s information industry measurement。This paper gives a idea of design the distortion measurement system,which is using the virtual instrument technology and the digital method of spectral analysis,and gives a general design。View of the measurement principle of digital method Distortion 0.01% of the technical difficulty and demand distortion measure,the use of MATLAB language windowing function,A/D converter resolution in bits,A/D converter sampling rate and the fast Fourier transform Several aspects of the series this simulation to determine the distortion based on virtual instrument measurement system used in the selection of the core components of the technical indicators。For the Distortion measurement system,it is eventually selected the NI USB-6251 data acquisition as a hardware platform,and LabVIEW virtual instrument software as a development platform。The system through a third party tested。The main subjects of innovation are the following:⑴. The virtual instrument technology to measure the distortion field;⑵. Using digital method of spectral analysis method to measure the distortion of the core unit of the digital design; ⑶. Provides a simulation using MATLAB to achieve low distortion indicators of the core components of the measurement system to verify the method;⑷. Distortion measurement system designed to achieve automatic input signal distortion measurement, no manual range switching;
