【摘要】 我国档案学专业高等教育自创办以来,取得了卓越的成绩,为我国档案事业的发展做出了重要贡献。随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,及信息技术的广泛应用,我国档案学专业高等教育的社会环境和技术环境发生了巨大的变化,这种变化也体现在人才市场对档案学专业毕业生的需求上。为了完善档案学专业高等教育,促进档案教育继续蓬勃发展,本文对档案学专业人才市场的需求变化进行统计分析,以期通过分析发现档案学专业高等教育存在的问题,并提出改革建议。本文主要内容分为四个部分:第一部分对当前档案从业人员的职能结构进行统计分析,包括档案从业人员的数量、知识结构、学历结构、专业结构和年龄结构等。第二部分对当前档案学专业高等教育现状进行分析,包括档案学专业高等教育的现有层次、学生就业状况、课程设置三个方面。第三部分通过对前面两部分的统计,对当前档案学专业高等教育现状与人才市场需求进行适应性分析。第四部分通过比较,针对档案学专业高等教育与人才市场不一致的方面,以人才市场为导向进行档案学专业高等教育改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The archive higher education in china has got a big deal of achievements and has made a great of contribution to the development of the archival career. But with the consummation of the market-oriented economy and the maturation of technology, the social and technical atmosphere the archival higher education lived has changed greatly .These changes also performance in the market. In order to improve and flourish the archival science professional higher education,the thesis analyze the market demands,with a view to discovery archival science problems in it, and to recommend changes.The thesis composed with four parts. The first part about the functional structure of employees in the current archives for statistical analysis, including, number of archival employees, the knowledge structure, qualifications, professional structure and age structure, and so on. The second part to analyze the present situation of professional higher education,including existing levels of professional higher education, student employment, and curriculum. The third part make adaptability analysis through the first two parts of the statistical, on the current status and market demand for higher education in archival Science Professional. The forth part make recommendations to reform archival science professional higher education,guided by the market for professional higher education reform in archives.更多还原
