新建农村小学教师专业成长的实践探索

【摘要】 教师专业化是职业专业化的一种类型,是指“教师个体专业水平提高的过程,也是教师群体为争取教师职业的专业地位而进行努力的过程”。教师专业化,即教师在整个专业生涯中,依托专业组织,通过终身专业训练,塑造专业道德,习得教育专业知识技能,实施专业自主,逐步提高自身从教素质,成为一个优秀的教育专业工作者的专业成长过程。教师专业化发展如此重要,但我国教师专业成长与国外的教师专业成长存在一定的差距,因此,研究小学教师专业成长是必要的,过程也是非常艰巨的。本研究首先阐述了该课题研究的背景和依据,论述了本课题研究的意义、原则、方法和思路。学习了国内外相关文献资料,对课题中教师专业成长的基本内涵、阶段性特征等进行界定;接着,从昆山市裕元实验学校教师专业化成长的现状入手,通过问卷调查等形式,分析学校的基本情况、教师的基本情况、教师专业发展的现状和影响学校教师专业成长的因素;然后从设定发展目标、优化师资结构、组织多元培训和创设成长空间四个方面论述昆山市裕元实验学校教师专业成长的策略;最后做出本课题研究的结论。总之,本文力图在理论意义和实践操作两个层面上,对农村新建小学教师专业成长的理论、现状和策略进行分析和讨论,期望对学校教师专业成长提供一些启示和借鉴。

【Abstract】 As a kind of profession specialization, teachers’specialization means“the process of improving teacher’s personal professional ability and the process of their striving for the specialization status as teachers.”Teachers’specialization helps teachers become excellent teaching staffs and it exists in the whole teaching career. It should include the forming of professional morality and the learning of professional knowledge and skills by taking part in kinds of lifelong training so as to improve their makings to be fine teachers. Although the teachers’specialization is so important, there is still long distance between that in China and other countries. So the study on teachers’specialization is really necessary, which is quite difficult in fact.This article firstly offers the background and the basis of the study, talks about the significance, rules and methods of carrying out the study and studies the related materials domestic and abroad as well as defining the basic concepts such as the basic content, the stage characteristics and so on. After that, this article takes the teachers of Yu Yuan Experimental School as example to start the study in form of questionnaire to analyze the details of the school and the teachers, the situation of the teachers’development and the factors which delay the specialization of these teachers and brings forward the suggestions on the development of these teachers’specialization on the following four aspects: to set right aims of their development, to optimize the structure of the teachers, to organize general-purpose training and to create vacancies for the teacher’s specialization development. In the end, this article expresses the final conclusion of the study as we can see in the text.On all accounts, this article tries to analyze and research into the theories, actualities and strategies on the specialization of country teachers on the aspects of theoretic and the practice of it and expects to offer some revelations and use for reference.
