藏语/汉语远程教育平台藏文支撑技术研究

【摘要】 目前,我国现代化远程教育技术发展迅速,基于计算机网络的远程教育系统是现代远程教育的发展方向,支持网上教学的远程教育平台占据着重要角色。随着网络与多媒体技术的不断发展与完善,汉语远程教育技术已经相对很完善,并且实现了全国大范围的普及,但在我国少数民族地区,特别是藏族地区的教育还处于相对落后状态。远程教育平台建设尚未启动,原因是诸多藏文字方面的关键技术和在整体开发中存在的技术难点尚未解决。针对国内藏族地区远程教育技术现状及其实际应用情况,参照汉语远程教育技术体系,整合目前已有的藏文信息技术成果,开发与我国主流网络教学系统共享的藏汉双语远程教育平台,形成基于标准化体系结构和标准化资源的藏族教育软件支撑环境。本文首先介绍了本课题的现状和需求,对涉及到的字符编码、字符集、藏文基本集和扩充集等相关技术进行了阐述。主要探讨了藏语/汉语远程教育平台中的藏文相关技术,包括藏文在客户端的显示技术;藏文的输入技术,包括单机输入法和在线输入法;藏文版式规范的解决;架构上实现GUI双语言包。在介绍每部分技术以前,首先分析了本平台中本技术的需求分析,阐述了已有的相关成果或方法,结合本平台的实际需求情况,最后得出针对本平台的具体技术方案,完成本课题的设计。藏语/汉语远程教育平台通过参照汉语远程教育平台的相关技术,实现了藏汉双语正确转换与显示的远程教育平台,对藏族地区的教育技术发展是一个突破性的提高,为藏族学生的学习注入新的活力,为学生和老师提供了一种新的学习和教学方式,实现了教学手段信息化。对教育信息化建设、推动创新教育做出了贡献。不过有的技术还存在很多不足,希望通过今后的努力能够不断的完善。

【Abstract】 At present, modern distance education technology develops rapidly, and computer network-based distance education system is the development direction of modern distance education in support of online learning platform for distance education occupies an important role. With the Internet and multimedia technology continues to evolve and improve, Chinese distance education technology has relatively completed and realized the popularity of a wide range of national, but,ethnic minority areas in China, especiallyan areas,its education is still in the relatively backward state. Distance education platform construction is not started in Tibet, because it’s unresolved that many aspects of information processing with Tibetan language and difficulties that exists in the overall development of key technologies and technicalt. For the domestic situation in Tibetan areas of distance education technology and its practical application, with reference to Chinese distance education technology system, integration of information technology currently available results of the Tibetan language, development and online teaching system of the mainstream Tibetan and Chinese bilingual distance education shared platform, to support the Tibetan educational software environment based on the formation of Standardized architecture and standardized resources.Tibetan and Chinese bilingual distance education platform achieves the correct conversion and display Tibetan and Chinese bilingual distance education platform by reference to the relevant Chinese technology of distance education platform.It’s a breakthrough for the development of Tibetan areas of educational technology, also injecting new vitality for Tibetan students and teachers in the improvement of student learning, a new learning and teaching methods and teaching methods,realized information.It makes a contribution tonformation technology in education and promoting innovation. However, there are still many deficiencies with some technology, I hope that future efforts through continuous improvement.This paper describes the status of this issue and demand firstly, then elaborates the related technologies that character encoding, character set, and the basic set and extended set of Tibetan and other related. It focuses on the Tibetan and Chinese bilingual distance education platform related technologies, including the Tibetan language in the client’s display technology, Tibetan input technologies, including single-line inputing method and online inputing method and Tibetan edition of the style standard solution,and architecture dual language packs to achieve GUI. Before the introduction of each part technology, it’s analysized firstly that the technology of the platform needs analysis, and relevant outcomes have been described or methods, combing with the actual demand of the platform, and obtaining the platform for specific technical programs finally, thus completing this paper’s design.
