虚拟咨询企业的激励机制探讨

【摘要】 进入21世纪后,“知识创造财富”为越来越多的人所接受,同时伴随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,个人和企业对低价可靠的知识服务的需求更加迫切,在这种环境下,虚拟咨询企业应运而生。但是由于缺少相关理论的指导,虚拟咨询企业的发展举步维艰,企业对于相关理论的渴望十分迫切。虚拟咨询企业的员工作为知识型员工的一种新的形式,他们与传统的知识型员工有着很多相似的地方,因此,本文参考传统知识型员工的相关理论,尤其是激励理论,结合虚拟咨询企业自身的特点,对虚拟咨询企业的激励机制进行了探讨。本文主要从虚拟咨询企业在调查中暴露出的激励机制简单,方式单一,权利义务不明确等问题入手,参考知识型员工的激励理论,与虚拟咨询企业自身特点紧密结合,从物质激励、能力激励、成就激励和环境激励等角度,提出了一些建立激励机制的合理建议。由于虚拟咨询企业是一个将知识商品化的平台,丰富多变的物质激励方式是虚拟咨询企业的激励机制能够有效激励的基础,本文参考相关理论,创新的提出了“股权”激励、实行奖金沉积的薪酬激励、收益保证金激励三者相结合的物质激励机制,此外,根据精神激励对于知识型员工的激励效果更加明显的特点,本文针对虚拟咨询企业,分别从能力激励、成就激励和环境激励进行了探讨,并给出了一些合理的建议。

【Abstract】 After entering the 21st century, "knowledge to create wealth" as more and more people accepted, at the same time with the development of computer and network technology, personal and business knowledge of low price and reliable services demand more urgent, in this environment, the virtual consulting enterprises came into being. But due to lack of relevant theories guiding, struggling in the development of virtual Consulting Enterprise, Enterprise very urgent desire for relevant theory.Virtual consulting corporate employees as a new form of knowledge workers, and their traditional knowledge workers share many similarities in, so this theory of reference related to traditional knowledge-workers, particularly motivation theory, combining the characteristics of virtual consulting company, virtual reference discussion on incentive mechanism of enterprises. This article from virtual consulting firms in the survey exposed the incentive mechanism in a simple, single, starting with the ambiguous issues of rights and obligations, refer to the knowledge worker incentive theory, tightly integrated with virtual consulting its own characteristics, material incentives, motivation, achievement and environmental incentives, such as angle, made a number of reasonable proposals for establishment of incentive mechanism.Because virtual Advisory enterprise is a will knowledge commercialization of platform, rich changeable of material incentive way is virtual Advisory enterprise of incentive mechanism to effective incentive of Foundation, this article reference related theory, innovation of made has "equity" incentive, and implemented bonus deposition of pay incentive, and income margin incentive three who phase combination of material incentive mechanism, in addition, under spirit incentive for knowledge type staff of incentive effect more obvious of features, this article for virtual Advisory enterprise, respectively from ability incentive, and achievements incentive and environment incentive for has discussion, and to out has some reasonable of recommendations.
