矿区灾变时空数据组织与环境分析评价

【摘要】 矿区是在国民经济发展过程中形成的特殊空间区域,在其生产发展过程中,积累了大量的数据,这些数据在实际的生产和科学研究中具有重要的作用。这些数据的内容包括社会、经济和自然信息,具有内容广泛、综合、复杂、变动性大等特点。为便于矿区数据的集成管理与综合应用,更有效的发挥数据在矿区生产规划、生态环境保护、灾害预防等方面的作用,本文基于元数据的空间数据管理与操作模式,运用ArcSDE+Oracle数据库等丌发平台,进行了矿区综合数据库的设计与建立。利用元数据技术解决多元多尺度时空数据的存储问题,并设计合理的组织结构来优化数据的存储方式;选取序列快照时空模型解决具有时间特征的专题数据的存储与更新问题;建立相应的属性数据库,保存矿区属性数据、模型数据、临界值数据等。在数据库的基础上,开发矿区综合数据库管理系统,实现矿区数据的高效存取、管理、检索和使用。研究多源遥感影像数据在矿区生态环境参数反演中的应用,设计矿区生态环境分析评价系统,包括了遥感影像数据预处理、反演模型运算、生态环境评价预警等功能。最后,以矿区植被叶绿素信息提取为实例,验证了生态环境分析评价模块的性能。通过实验表明,系统可以为矿区决策者提供参考数据,为矿区生态环境的监测与治理提供支持。
【Abstract】 Mining area is a special spatial region which is formed during the national economic development process, and in the process of its production and development, a great number of data is accumulated, which plays an important role in the actual producing and scientific research. The content of these data includes social, economic and natural information, with characteristics like wide-ranging, comprehensive, complex and large variability.In order to facilitate the integrated management and comprehensive application of the mining data, and play a more effective role in mining area’s production planning, ecological and environmental protection, disaster prevention, etc, this paper, based on the spatial data management and operation mode of the metadata, used ArcSDE and Oracle as a development platform to design and build the mining integrated database. This paper solved storage problem of multi-scale space data by using meta-data technology, and designed the organizational structure to optimize the data storage. It selected the series snapshot model to solve the storage and update issues of thematic data, which characteristics with time. It established attribute database to store mining attribute data, model data, the critical value data, etc.On the basis of the database, mining integrated database management system was developed, to achieve mining data’s efficient storage, management, retrieval and use. Analysis and evaluation system of mining ecological environment was designed, by studying the application of multiple remote sensing data in mining inversion of the ecological environment. System includes preprocessing of remote sensing image data, inversion model operation, assessment and early warning of ecological environment, etc. paper used chlorophyll extraction of vegetation to verify the performance of mining ecological environment analysis and evaluation module. Experiments show that, this system can provide reference data to the mining managers, and provide support to monitoring and management of mining ecological environment.
