矿用本质安全型乳化液泵站控制及保护系统设计

【摘要】 乳化液泵站是为整个液压支架供液的关键设备,目前国内乳化液泵站普遍采用两台或是三台组成,一台泵供液,一台备用,或是两台泵供液,一台泵备用;而对泵的加载/卸载和启动/停止依靠人工经验控制,而井下环境比较特殊,没有监控设备很容易出故障,不能为液压支架提供良好的供液环境。而随着工业自动化发展和当今社会对煤矿安全越来越重视,对现场应用的可靠性、稳定性和实时性的要求也越来越高,在这一背景下,本课题对乳化液泵站的工作状态进行实时检测,设计了“矿用本质安全型乳化液泵站控制及保护系统设计”。本监控系统以课题采用C8351F340为主控制芯片,对乳化液泵站进行集中控制和保护。本系统将乳化液泵站控制与保护系统分成两个部分,主站控制系统和分站控制系统,其中主控制系统和分站控制系统组成集散式控制结构,实现对乳化液泵站的关键参数采集、处理、传输、显示和控制。数据通过信号采集电路进行分析和处理,被监控的参数通过LCD进行显示,必要时进行声光报警和停泵的处理。工作人员可以通过人机接口设定关键参数和查看各个泵的运行情况。主站和分站的通信系统通过Zigbee无线通信模块建立连接,进行数据交换。乳化液泵站控制与保护系统的设计,具有在线检测、自动控制、显示和报警等功能,减少因故障停机的时间,提高了生产效率。

【Abstract】 Emulsion pump station is the key equipment used to supply emulsion for the whole hydraulic supported. At present,the emulsion pump station widely used are composed of two or three,a pump is used to supplying emulsion, the other is for standby,or two pump is used to supplying emulsion, another is for standby.The pump loading/unloading and starting/stopping are reled on artificial experience, there are no monitoring equipment, so it is easy to break down.It cann’t provide a good environment for the hydraulic support.In my project,with the development of industrial automation and more attention on mine safty in today’s society,which’s required more reliability and real-time,my project is the design for monitoring the work of emulsion pump station in real-time which is named the intrinsically safe of mine emulsion pump control and protection system design.The monitoring systerm is used C8051F340 as the main controlled chip to control and protect the emulsion pump station.The systerm is divided into two parts,which are main station and sub station.The systerm is appled to concentrate and disperse structure.It’s collected the key parameters of the emulsion pump to display and transmission the data in the LCD.It’s will stop the pump and alarm If it’s necessary.The works can set the key of the parameters and monitor each pump.The master station and sub-station communication’s system through Zigbee wireless communication module to establish a connection for exchanging data. The design of the Emulsion pump station controlling and protection system, with online testing, automatic control, display and alarm function, are reduced the the time of downtime and improved productivity.
