混凝土斜连续梁桥顶推仿真计算及关键临时构件力学性能分析

【摘要】 顶推法多应用于预应力钢筋混凝土等截面连续梁桥和斜拉桥梁的施工。本文以营盘东路浏阳河大桥为研究对象,建立了混凝土斜连续梁桥顶推施工全过程仿真模型,分析了顶推过程中主梁和关键临时结构的受力特点,得出了一些有益的结论,为大桥顺利安全的顶推到位提供了参考,具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值,具体研究内容如下:1、根据斜连续梁顶推施工过程的特点,建立了顶推全过程仿真模型,其关键截面应力理论值与实测值吻合较好,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,得出了主梁内力、应力和支墩反力等变量在顶推过程中的变化规律,同时优化了滑道支撑墩设置的间距,由此,提出了最优临时拉索索力的控制措施,并且在顶推施工中应用,得到了满意的效果。2、在截面形式、配筋情况、顶推施工过程保持不变的前提下,研究了斜连续梁桥中最为重要的参数——斜度φ对顶推施工的影响,得到了斜度对顶推过程中主梁受力的影响程度及其影响规律,确切地掌握了结构的真实受力情况,并且在施工中采取了相应的措施,保证了大桥施工能够顺利安全地进行。3、预制平台是顶推施工关键临时构件之一,通过分析预制平台各构件的力学性能,得到了滑道支撑墩布置的最优间距,从理论上解决了顶推施工中临时墩最优位置设置的问题,同时着重讨论了竖直角累积误差和扭转角累积误差产生的原因以及梁体二次内力大小的计算方法和防治措施,具有一定的理论意义和工程实践指导意义。4、钢结构临时墩也是顶推过程中的关键临时构件,为保证临时墩设置的合理性和在顶推过程中的安全性,根据浏阳河大桥的受力特点,主要研究了临时墩拉索索力值的调控方法,这一方法能很好的运用于工程实践,具有很强的实用性,同时,还分析了临时墩沉降对主梁内力造成的影响。
【Abstract】 The incremental launching method is widely Used in prestresse concrete continuous beam bridge with uniform section and cable stayed bridge construction.This thesis is based on the research object of bridge liuyanghe Yingpandonglu,and which is about to do some calculation and monitoring work of construction control for the key construction phase of incremental launching method and to research the dynamic emulate analysis method andthe key technology of the incremental launching method of the prestressconcrete continuous beam bridge.And found the way to determind the bestposition of the temporary pier.The highlight of the thesis are as followed:(1) Based on the process characteristics of finite element method,Establish finite element model, The key section stress theoretical values agree well with the measured data and the reliability of the model is verified. On the basis of this ,obtaian the Change rule Of internal forces,stress and buttress reaction in the incremental launching,At the same time, Optimize the slide set spacing support piers.Thus, the optimal temporary cable force control measures.And used in the incremental launching ,Satisfactory results have been obtained.(2)On the premise of the Cross-sectional form,reinforcement situation,Incremental Launching Construction remains the same, research the most important parameters of the girder bridge——the influence of slope in the incremental launching . Get the gradient in the process of incremental launching the influence degree of the girder and the influence . Exactly grasp the exact structure of the real structure stress. And take preventive measures in the construction of the response, Ensure the bridge construction to be able smoothly and securely .(3)Prefabricated platform is pushing in the construction of key temporary components, through the analysis of the key component of the precast platform of force performance, study the new and old beam section juncture place corner to cause a secondary girder structure internal force influence, analyzes the slide support the stress of the pier, and support piers of the slide decorate the optimal spacing.(4)Temporary pier in steel structure analyzing the force, ensure the rationality and set up temporary pier in pushing the safety in the process are analyzed, and temporary pier subsidence caused by internal force influence of main girder.
