温拌温补型路面快速修补材料的研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路网络的不断发展,路面破损后修复也变得越来越重要,通常沥青混凝土路面坑槽修补材料是采用热拌沥青混合料,但受到气候、工作量的影响往往不能实现及时快速修补,尤其是在春、冬季将会导致路基翻浆等更为严重的路面病害,近些年来开始采用冷补沥青材料对沥青路面病害进行快速修补,但冷补料的早期强度低、强度增长慢、可贮存时间短以及施工和易性较差等,仅适应于路面临时性、应急性的快速修补,难以满足高等级公路、特别是高速公路快速修补的要求。针对高等级公路路面快速修补的需要,研制了温拌温补型路面修补材料用复合添加剂,确定了复合添加剂的成分和配比;将添加剂、溶剂与基质沥青等按一定比例掺配制成改性沥青液,对改性沥青液进行了三大指标试验、粘附性试验、沥青液与矿料的粘附性试验以及旋转薄膜烘箱试验等,根据沥青液的粘附性和热拌料冷却后的松散性试验结果确定了稀释剂的掺量;按确定的矿料级配、最佳沥青用量和最佳稀释剂掺量制备沥青混合料并冷却至常温,取一定量上述混合料,在50~70℃条件下,加入一定掺量的添加剂制备成温拌温补型路面快速修补材料;对温拌温补型快速修补材料的粘附性、初期和中后期强度、高温稳定性、水稳性、低温性能等路用技术性能进行了试验,并与冷补型修补材料的有关技术性能进行了试验比较。通过对温拌温补型路面快速修补料的试验研究,表明这种修补材料与冷补料相比,其施工和易性好、生产工艺简单、贮存时间更长,成型后的初期强度、水稳定性更好,强度增长快,是一种适合高等级路面快速修补、应用前景良好的材料。

【Abstract】 With the development of China’s highway network, the road repairing after damage is also becoming more important, usually asphalt concrete pavement pit slot repairing material is to use hot-mix asphalt mixture, but the influence of workload and climate, often can’t achieve rapid repair timely, especially in spring and winter will lead to more serious as subgrade frost boiling etc pavement disease, in recent years ,someone begin using cold-filling asphalt material for asphalt pavement disease fast repair, but the early strength is low for the cold-filling material, low intensity growth slowed,short time can be stored, and so poor construction workability etc only adapted to the pavement rapid repairing of temporary and emergency, it’s hard to meet rapid repair for highway, especially highway fast repair requirements.According to the requirement of rapid repair highway pavement, it develops compound additives used in the type of warm-mix warm-filling road repairing material, determine the compound additives’composition and mix proportion; Put additives, solvents and matrix asphalt etc mix to be modified asphalt fluid by certain proportion, liquid on the three indexes test, adhesion test, asphalt liquid and mineral aggregate experiment and the adhesion of the rotating film etc, according to test oven asphalt fluid adhesion and hot-mixing materials of loose after cooling sexual test results confirmed the mixed quantity of thinner; According to determine the aggregate gradation, best asphalt content and best diluent preparation of the admixture of asphalt mixture and cooling to normal temperature, take a certain amount above mixture, in under the condition of 50 ~ 70℃, add some of additive is prepared to the type of warm-mix warm-fill fast repairing material; make the type of warm-mixing warm-filling fast repairing material’s adhesion, initial and the mid-late strength, high temperature and stability, water stability, low temperature performance etc way-use with technical performance proceed testing, and compare with the repairing material for cold-filling type tested about technical performance.Based on experimental study the type of warm-mixing warm-filling pavement rapid repairing materials, shows that this repairing materials compare to cold-filling material, its construction workability is good, production technology is simple, storage time is longer, the initial strength, after molding water stability, strength growing faster, better for the highway is a fast repair, is good application prospect material.
