高压空气冲击煤体增透技术实验研究

【摘要】 我国大部分煤层瓦斯含量大,透气性差,导致瓦斯抽采效果差,“先抽后采,边抽边采”无法解决煤矿瓦斯问题。本论文针对如何提高高瓦斯低透气性煤层的煤层透气性问题,提出了利用高压空气冲击煤体增透技术措施。与以往的水力压裂,水力割缝,松动爆破等增透措施相比,高压空气冲击煤体增透技术的适应性和安全性更高一些。其主要内容以煤层瓦斯赋存和流动理论为基础,并对高压空气冲击煤体的特点和增透的作用过程进行了详细的探讨和分析。选取阜新矿业集团海州煤矿和艾友煤矿30组煤样,在实验室进行10组抗压实验和20组高压气爆实验,记录煤样的物理参数和实验参数,计算气爆前后煤样的渗透率。研究表明:(1)气爆后煤样的渗透率总体增大,平均增加了81%以上。(2)高压气体的压力越大,煤样气爆后的渗透率的增量越大。根据海州矿10组煤样气爆后渗透率的增量与气爆压力,经回归分析,煤样气爆后渗透率的增量Δk与气爆压力p呈幂函数关系,两者的函数关系为:Δk =2×10-13p11.148。(3)煤质较硬的煤样气爆后渗透率增量较大。这项技术优化了作业程序,提高了生产效率,另外,它还能够降低煤与瓦斯突出的危险性,是一项非常具有推广价值的技术。

【Abstract】 The poor effects of gas extraction, because most of the coal seams in China are high gas and low-permeability. Therefore, it cannot solve the problems of gas in mine with the methods of“draining gas before coal mining”and“draining while mining”.Directing at how to increase the permeability in high gas and low permeability coal seam,this paper advance a new technology of increasing permeability that drilling the coal bed with high-pressure gas .It has high adaptability and high safety compared with other technologyies that of“hydraulic facturing”and“hydraulic cutting seam”and“presplitting blasting”.Its main contents bases on the theory of seam gas occurrence and fluid and the mechanism of high-pressure air burst ,analyses and discusses its process and characteristics during the high-pressure air burst in coal seam in detail . Selecting samples from 30 groups in Haizhou coal mine and Aiyou coal mine of Fuxin mining Group, 10groups for compression experiment and 20groups for high-pressure air burst experiment in the laboratory, recording physical parameters and experimental parameters of coal samples, calculating the permeability before and after the high-pressure air bust of the coal samples.The study shows that:(1) Permeability of coal samples as a whole increased after gas burst, the average increase of 81% or more.(2) The greater the pressure of high pressure gas, the bigger the permeability increment of the coal samples after gas burst .according to the permeability increment and the pressure of the 10coal samples from Haizhou mine ,regression analysis shows that the permeability incrementΔk was a power function with the pressure p,the function isΔk =2×10-13p11.148(3) The more hard coal, the greater the permeability increment after gas burst.It raises the production and reduces the menace of coal-and-gas outburst, further solves the problem of gas concentration and gas outburst on working face in the high gas-outburst coal seam, so it is a technology with great valuable to popularize
